3 1) Overview The Woolworths Contractor Safety Management System portal allows contractors to register and meet the safety compliance requirements of Woolworths Limited. This portal is where individual Specialist Contractors to: Register as an company and individual IT Specialist Contractor Book and complete and online Safety Contractor Induction Print a copy and download to a Smartphone the Woolworths Contactor Safety Card 3

4 2) Register IT Specialist Contractors a) First Setup click Specialist Contractor to register: b) Click on the + button next to IT Specialist Contractors 4

5 c) Click on Go and start now 5

6 a) Company Registration i. Enter the company name, or a sub-set of the company name and click Search ii. iii. If the company name appears in the search results, Select or Add Enter the ABN (or look up and then enter the ABN), click Continue Note: If the company you searched for is already registered but has not been approved to access complimentary inductions, you will be directed back to the home page and must login and register for the inductions. iv. If the company has not previously registered, complete the company registration process. 6

7 b) Contractor Individual Registration i. Complete the registration process and select Save: Note: Select Show Non Mandatory to register additional details ii. Upload a photo for the registration process by selecting Files - Upload: Note: Digital head shot photo is to be provided in JPG format, similar to a passport photo. 7

8 iii. Upload your JPG image using the browse function to locate the image, click open, and then click upload. Include your name and any relevant comments iv. Use the crop function to resize the image to fit the Contractor Safety Card requirements. The photo must only feature a head, the same format as a passport photo Note: If the photo is not of a suitable quality, you will be prompted to provide another one. 8

9 v. Use the crop function and related instructions to resize your image to fit your Contractor Safety Card, once satisfied with the final photo, select apply vi. Click Submit to finalise the registration process. You are now booked into the IT Contractor safety induction 9

10 vii. Your registration is now finalised, and a copy of your receipt has been ed to you. You can click on the download button to access a copy of your receipt now 10

11 3) Online Safety Induction a) Your application to complete the online Safety Induction training is being assessed and you will be ed when it is approved, told how to access the course and print your Safety Induction Card 11

12 b) Once you receive approval you can complete the online IT Contractor Safety Induction. The induction will take approximately minutes and consists of a number of multiple choice questions. Click next to get started 12

13 c) You will be notified via of your exam result. If you passed, you will be issued with an electronic card to print and take with you when you work on site. If you failed the exam, you will be allowed to re-sit the exam ten times before you will be denied access. If this happens, please re-register from d) The notification will contain the information below: 13
