3 REGISTRATION AND LOGIN Registration for new users of the B2B portal There are personalised access for several buyers using one customer number. To register, simply complete and send the online form your access will be sent by return. Login for holders of B2B access You have two options for logging in to our B2B portal. 1. Sign in using the address you gave to BRAX and your password, and you will be taken straight to our shop. 2. Sign in using your BRAX customer number and your password, and enter your address in the next step. Click on the button if you have forgotten your password. 3

4 HOME SCREEN Information window Any incomplete orders will be displayed when you login again. Here you can: Edit items in the basket Change the invoice and delivery address Delete or complete an order A button will take you from there to the brand selection page. Brand selection You will see all the brands offered by BRAX. Brands that are not available to you will be shown greyed out. Here too, there are two courses of action for you to choose from: 1. Choose a brand and go straight to the overview of all the items available from this brand. 2. You are looking for a specific item and enter the name or item number in our all-brand search. 4

5 MENU BAR Menu bar You will always find these functions on our menu bar: BRAX-Logo Clicking on the BRAX logo will take you to the overview of all available items in the brand that you last viewed. My data This area takes you to your personal customer account. You can change your password here. My orders You will see your past reorders here. Click on details to see the items and sizes in your order. Purchase prices You can fade the purchase prices in or out at any time. 5

6 LIST OF ITEMS List of items Change Brand - The content of your basket will remain unchanged even if you change to a different brand. Categories per brand - Open orders - Full stock: the entire range - Pure Depot/NOS items - All sale items at a glance Targetet category navigation and search filter - The items are all ordered to their specification - Use refine selection to filter your selection. Resupplies of preordered items - Overview of all the available items from your individual preorder. 6

7 MASTER DATA SHEET Master data sheet Click on the master data sheet on the left to select any number of items in different colours and view the main information on one page. You can use this master data sheet for your files or print it off. It includes a notes field for entering quantities. 7

8 DETAIL ITEM PAGE Detail item page 1. Click on the item to open the item selection window above the list of items. 2. Click on your chosen size in the size field to put the item in your basket. If you click several times you will put several items in the basket, depending on how many times you click. Left-click the mouse to reduce the quantity in your basket by one item. 3. Move the mouse over the items to see the available colours and colour numbers. 4. If you would like to carry on shopping, just scroll down to the list of items. Please do not use your browser's "Back" function, as this will take you back to the brand selection page. 8

9 ITEM AVAILABILITY Item availability Our size scheme contains three important items or information for the submission of you order. 1. Sizes available now All available sizes are identified by a green dot Use the mouseover to obtain information on the available quantities 2. Sizes with later delivery dates Sizes that will be available at a later date are identified by a yellow dot Move the mouse over the item to see the delivery dates of the various sizes 3. Unavailable sizes All sizes that are not available are identified by a red dot 9

10 BASKET ORDER INFORMATION Your details Display the invoice and delivery address Clear display of the items in the cart by product group and display of size grid Option to edit or delete items Click on Confirm Order to send your order details to us.
