2 2 ADD MFA TO EXISTING USER ACCOUNT Login to Reprise Click the Settings Cog Wheel in the menu bar. Select User Profile from the drop down box. Scroll down to the MFA section of the Profile page and click the Enroll in MFA button. You will be prompted to enter your Reprise password. Click Submit. The below steps/images may vary slightly depending on your selections, and are only meant to provide you with a general idea of what to anticipate during the on-screen instructions.

3 3 You will see the below window, inviting you to begin the setup. Click the Start setup button to begin. The first step is to identify the type of device you will be using in this 2nd level of authentication. It is recommended that you select a device that you will most often have with you, as you will need this device to be handy, each time you login. Ex. mobile phone. Select your device and click Continue. Next you will be asked to enter your phone number and to then verify the number is correct. Enter the number and select the checkbox to verify. Click Continue.

4 4 Next you will be asked to identify your type of phone. Make the selection and click Continue.

5 5 You will now be asked to download a Free App for your mobile device. Search the appropriate App Store for your device for Duo Mobile. Install the App. Once installed, click the I have Duo Mobile Installed button on your computer screen. You will now need to activate Duo Mobile for your Mobile Device. You can either use your Mobile Device to scan the barcode that will be on your computer screen or you can opt to have an activation link ed to you instead.

6 6 After scanning the barcode or clicking the link in the activation , the Continue button will be enabled. Click Continue. Under the When I log in drop down, select how you wish to be contacted on your device at time of login. The recommendation is to select Automatically send this device a Duo Push. After your selection, click Save. Finally, click Continue to Login.

7 7 You will then see the below screen on your computer and will receive a push notification on your device. On your device, TAP the notification to select it, and then click APPROVE. At this time, you will have completed the setup of Multi Factor Authentication.

8 8 UPDATE MFA ON MY DEVICES Login to Reprise Click the Settings Cog Wheel in the menu bar. Select User Profile from the drop down box. Scroll down to the MFA section of the Profile page and click the Update MFA Devices button. You will be prompted to enter your Reprise password. Click Submit.

9 9 The below steps/images may vary slightly depending on your selections, and are only meant to provide you with a general idea of what to anticipate during the on-screen instructions. Select an authentication method in order to begin to make an update to your device. Click Send Me a Push, Call Me, or Enter a Passcode if a passcode has been provided to you. Once you have authenticated, you can click Device Options, or Add another device, or select an alternative value from the When I log in drop down box.

10 10 Device Options allows you to Reactivate your mobile device or change the name of your device. You can also delete a device, after you have first added a new device. Add another device allows you to add additional devices and then set one as the primary device or then delete the original device (if you are trying to change devices, you first need to add a new one before deleting the old). Follow the detailed on-screen instructions (reference the ADD MFA TO EXISTING REPRISE USER ACCOUNT section of this document for screen shots relating to setting up a device.)

11 11 When I login allows you to select how you will be notified on your device after logging into Reprise (Ask you to choose a method each time, Automatically send this device a Duo Push or Automatically call this device) Regardless of what changes you make under My Settings & Devices, click the Save button once you are complete. You can close the window to return to Reprise, once you have finished updating your device.

12 12 REMOVE MFA FROM REPRISE USER ACCOUNT Login to Reprise Click the Settings Cog Wheel in the menu bar. Select User Profile from the drop down box. Scroll down to the MFA section of the Profile page and click the Disable MFA on My Account button. You will be prompted to enter your Reprise password. Click Submit. MFA will be removed from your account and you will be returned to the Profile page.

13 13 REQUIRE MFA FOR ALL REPRISE USERS BY MATTER Contact your Cicayda Project Manager to assist with this request. Cicayda will then perform the following steps. Login to Reprise as the Admin Account that initially created the new Reprise Database. (These steps will only work under the Cicayda Admin Account). Invite the individual Cicayda Project Managers to the matter, in order to ensure Cicayda PMs have appropriate access to support the matter. (individual accounts will contain MFA) Click the Settings Cog Wheel in the menu bar. Select Matter Administration from the drop down box. Scroll down to the appropriate matter that now requires MFA for all users. Select MFA Required? YES. Now when anyone who has access to this matter logs into Reprise, they will see a message on the matter tile notifying them that they must first set up Multi Factor Authentication, before they will be able to access the database. The user can then click the Enroll in MFA button and follow the detailed on-screen instructions. Reference the ADD MFA TO EXISTING REPRISE USER ACCOUNT section of this document for screen shots relating to setting up a device.

14 14 REMOVE MFA REQUIREMENT ALL REPRISE USERS BY MATTER Contact your Cicayda Project Manager to assist with this request. Cicayda will then perform the following steps. Login to Reprise as the Admin Account that initially created the new Reprise Database. (These steps will only work under the Cicayda Admin Account). Click the Settings Cog Wheel in the menu bar. Select Matter Administration from the drop down box. Scroll down to the appropriate matter that no longer requires MFA for all users. Select MFA Required? NO. MFA will no longer be required for the users in this matter. WHAT IF I LOSE MY DEVICE? Contact your Cicayda Project Manager to assist with this request. Cicayda will login to the Duo Admin Site and issue a Bypass Code. Bypass Codes can be set to expire after one use or a certain timeframe. You will then Login to Reprise with your existing Reprise password and when prompted enter the Bypass Code provided by Cicayda. When you are ready, you can either REMOVE MFA FROM REPRISE USER ACCOUNT, UPDATE MFA ON MY DEVICES or ADD MFA TO EXISTING REPRISE USER ACCOUNT by following the appropriate section of this document.
