2 Online Registration By completing this process, you will be enrolling in these courses for college credit Grades are final and permanent on transcript As a UW Oshkosh student you must follow our policies, deadlines, and procedures for your class You are agreeing to pay any expenses associated with the course It is your responsibility to request UW Oshkosh transcript to transfer courses. They do not transfer automatically. CAPP courses are actual UW Oshkosh college courses!

3 WAIT! You cannot register until you have used your UWO Student ID number to activate your NetID username and password To set up your NetID for the first time, follow these instructions: To reset a forgotten NetID password, or to change an existing password, follow these instructions:

4 Online Registration Homepage (plonedev.uwosh.edu/capp) Click here to begin a new registration form. Make sure you submit one form for each CAPP course you are taking each semester.

5 Complete Section I These fields will be automatically filled in based on your NetID log in. DO NOT EDIT THESE FIELDS Select your High School class standing.

6 Complete Section II Only the current term will appear (no change necessary) Select the High School at which you are taking the course Select one course from the drop down menu **Tip: Select your high school first, before opening the course menu. This will make sure you are only shown the courses at that high school

7 Complete Section III Read and check all five statements. By checking off the statements, you are essentially signing your name and agreeing to follow the terms outlined in each statement. Review all information (make sure you selected the right course!) Then, click

8 You will see a Thank You page to confirm your submission While viewing the page, you can click a link to check the status of your form: If you will take multiple CAPP courses this term, make sure to submit one form per course. While viewing the page, click on the logo in the top left to return to the homepage and create a new form:

9 Each time you submit a registration form (and see the Thank You page) A confirmation will be sent to your UW Oshkosh account (check your account setup for more information) You may also check your submissions from the registration homepage (see next slide).

10 You may check the status of your registration online after you submit your registration form.

11 How to interpret your submitted forms folder: Your name Specifies the course This table will show all of the registration forms you have ever submitted. You may check here to see which courses you have registered for, and where they are in the process of approval. Term and Year: Fall or Spring Date you submitted the form Date last action was taken Current step of the approval process (waiting for teacher approval, approved, rejected, etc.)

12 Your CAPP registration form will move through several states after submitted. The one to wait for is Sent for Enrollment After your registration form shows this state, it means that it has been fully approved and is being processed for for official enrollment. Check your TitanWeb account over the next few days until you see your class appear. After you see the course on TitanWeb, congratulations! You are now enrolled in a college class!
