Existing Fuller Site Plan was not attached to Addendum, see attached. D. New Fuller Site Plan was not attached to Addendum, see attached.. RFP Documents A. Remove RFP document V.B.3 Subcontractor Designation. This is not necessary. B. RFP document, Section, III.A Financing: How long past the completion of the project and is there a dollar amount designated for lease payments? An estimated to months after the completion of the project. Lease payments are estimated to be the total cost of construction, divided by the duration of construction plus the extended lease payment duration, as an equally monthly amount. B. RFP document, Section III.C Cost Estimate: Will the projects be awarded under one contract and will the work be done at the same time? Yes to both questions C. RFP document, Section IV.C Pre-Construction Services: Will the meeting be in Chowchilla? Meetings may be a held at both Sacramento (BCA Offices) and Chowchilla (District Office).
