1 ONVIO (Client Portal) To begin, you will receive a Registration that is sent by Rossman Tax Service. Follow these instructions to access Onvio where you can deliver and send documents to us securely. Figure 1 1. Click on 2. Enter your Address as your User ID. After doing so, you will be prompted to create a password. 3. In the Registration , you will also find Icons to download the ONVIO APP to your smart phone or tablet. In order to download the App, you must access the Registration from your smartphone or tablet.

2 4. Computer/Lap Top Access: Once you have registered and created your password, you will have access to Onvio. If accessed by a computer see FIGURE 2 for the home screen. CLICK TO ADD DOCUMENTS FIGURE 2 (home screen) 5. Now that you have logged in, you are able to send and receive documents. To send documents from your computer you must do the following: a. First save the document(s) onto a location that can be easily found on your computer. (I find it easiest if saved on the DESKTOP or My Documents Folder of the computer) b. Click on Add more documents. link of the home page. c. A secondary window will open where you can click on the ADD DOCUMENT link located on two arears of this screen. Either link will allow you to add documents. (FIGURE 3) See below. Click to add documents Click to add documents FIGURE 3

3 d. The Document Delivery Window will open (FIGURE 4). You have an option to either drag and drop the document(s) into the window or click on FIGURE 4 e. If you browse for file (FIGURE 5) It is important to know where you saved your documents on your computer.

4 i. Locate the documents on your computer. ii. After locating the documents, hold down the CTRL key on your keyboard and click on each document you want to delivered. iii. After all documents have been highlighted release the Ctrl key, then click on Open. iv. All the documents will now be listed in the Document Delivery Window. Click on Congratulations!!! You have successfully delivered electronic documents to Rossman Tax Service.

5 Let s talk about the App! We are very excited to introduce The Rossman Tax Service Client Portal App. We have partnered with Onvio to allow us to better communicate with our clients. In the Registration E- Mail you received you will find instructions on how to download the App to your smartphone or tablet. Once you ve downloaded the app you will discover it offers convenient and secure technology where you can scan, upload and manage your tax documents. Delivering you documents to us has never been so easy. Let s get started: Here are the quick easy steps you need to do to have access to the App. 1. First thing you need to do is open your registration with your smartphone or tablet. Click on the App Icon to download. 2. Once the App is downloaded enter the same User ID and Password you created for your client portal. 3. WELCOME TO THE RTS/ONVIO CLIENT CENTER: The app that offers convenient and secure document management for you and Rossman Tax Service.

6 You are now logged into the RTS/Onvio App. Take a tour of the app and to see what it has to offer: 1. Upload documents from your on-line accounts, accounts and devices. 2. Scan documents with your device s camera. Capturing crisp images on the go has never been easier. 3. View, Edit and Organize you Documents with ease. Now that you completed the tour, click on LETS GET STARTED at the bottom of your screen. Time to learn how to send and receive documents: a. On the home screen of the App, click on your name to access folders. CLICK ON YOUR NAME TO ACCESS FOLDERS

7 b. Click on a folder (2018 Tax Info) CLICK A FOLDER TO OPEN c. On the bottom right hand corner of your screen, click on the orange + icon to locate your saved documents or to scan your documents. Click here to locate or scan your documents d. If you have saved documents in a folder on your device or Photo Library choose where you have the saved document. CHOOSE A FOLDER TO LOCATE YOUR DOCUMENTS OR TO SCAN, CLICK ON CAMERA i. The Document will open. Once the document is open click Upload. You have just uploaded your first document to RTS.

8 e. Another way to send us documents is by utilizing the camera of your device to scan your documents. i. Follow instructions A, B and C, then choose Camera. ii. Hold your device over the document (a steady hand is required) iii. Once the document is scanned a check mark will appear next to the image of your document. Click on the check mark on the bottom of your screen. CLICK CHECK MARK TO VIEW DOCUMENT iv. Review your documents you scanned, if it legible and clear to you, click upload. If documents are legible click upload CONGRATULATIONS!!! YOU HAVE SUCCEFULLY DELIVERED ELECTRONIC DOCUMENTS TO RTS THRU YOUR ONVIO/RTS APP
