Downloading of Tender Documents on BEML SRM System Please use Internet

Open Internet Explorer 11 and look for Menu Bar on the top as shown

1 Downloading of Tender Documents on BEML SRM System Please use Internet Explorer Version 11. Open Internet Explorer 11 and look for Menu Bar on the top as shown below. In case Menu Bar is not visible, please right-click on the empty portion at the top of the screen and enable the Menu Bar by clicking on Menu Bar as shown below. Tools menu can also be accessed by clicking on the gear icon at the top right side as shown below. 1

2 Click on Tools Menu and click on Internet options as shown below. Click on the Security tab (second tab that appears at the top). Click on Trusted Sites under Select a zone to view or change security settings.. Click on Sites (Please refer to the Screenshot as shown below.) 2

3 Under Add this website to the zone, type click on Add and then click on Close as shown below. 3

4 Click on Internet under Security tab and click on Custom level as shown below. Go to the Miscellaneous heading (which comes after scrolling almost up to half-way therein) as shown below. 4

5 Look for Display mixed content under Miscellaneous heading and click on Enable for the same in case it is not already enabled and click on OK. Click on Yes for the message displayed as above. 5

6 Click on Trusted Sites and click on Custom level as shown below. Go to Miscellaneous heading and click on Enable for Mixed content in case it is not already enabled as shown below. 6

7 Click on Yes for the message displayed as above. Click on OK. Downloading of Tender Documents for Single Stage Bidding Tender (which is not Two-Bid Tender): In case the Tender is not a two-bid tender, in the Event Type, there will not be 2 bid. (It can be Public Tender, Limited Tender, etc.). An example for the same is as shown below. (Note: In case the tender is a 2-bid tender, please go to page 10 for instructions) Click on the Tender number under Event Number heading as shown above to go inside. By clicking on the Print Preview as shown below, PDF File with the tender details (without the attachments, if any) can be saved. 7

(In case there are no attachments uploaded, there will not be any list of documents under the Attachments heading.) 8

Clicking on Save will download the document to the default Save location.

9 By clicking on any link under Description, options to Open or Save the document are displayed as below. The document can be opened directly or can be saved in the system. Clicking on Save will download the document to the default Save location. By clicking on the arrow to the side of Save, Save as also will come using which the document can be saved in any location in the system. Same process as above is to be followed for downloading each and every document uploaded. 9

) Click on the Tender number under Event Number heading as shown above to go inside.

10 Downloading of Tender Documents for Two-Bid Tender: In case the Tender is a two-bid tender, in the Event Type, there will be 2 bid. (It can be Public Tender 2 bid, Limited Tender 2 bid, etc.) Click on the Tender number under Event Number heading as shown above to go inside. By clicking on the Print Preview as shown below, PDF File with the tender details (without the attachments, if any) can be saved. Check for any documents uploaded under the Top Notes and Attachments by following the instructions as given from pages 8 to 9 of this document. 10

11 Normally, for2 bid tenders, all the documents uploaded will be available in the Technical RFx for which, please refer the instructions as given below. Click on the Technical RFx tab as shown below. In case message as below is displayed, click on Show all content. 11

Click on Save target as as shown below to save the file to your system at the desired location. After downloading all the documents, click on Logout to close the C-Folder as shown below. 13
