If the Sponsor wishes to bring substantial equipment (more than typical office computing equipment such as a laptop or tablet) it will need to be pre-approved by Systech and require an insurance certificate with Amsterdam Marriott Hotel listed as an additional insured. Neither party is responsible for any consequential, indirect, punitive, incidental, or special damages arising under any theory of recovery. The maximum liability of either party in all regards is limited to fees (excluding expenses) paid by with respect to this agreement, provided that the foregoing shall not limit either Party s obligation to pay for services rendered and fees incurred.
