13 3. OPTICON READER: 170 VAT NOT INCLUDED This reader enables reading and saving the codes of visitors badges, during the whole event. The barcode is decrypted in less than a second, due to the reliability of the laser beam. Its simple use guarantees a very fast handling. The device is portable and allows free movement on your booth. Within 48 to 72h (working hours) after the end of the exhibition, your data will be sent to you by in xls file format. This file consists of all the collected information about visitors. A demonstration of its operation will be completed while delivering the device, in order for you to become familiar with it. 14 12. WEBTV TERATEC You are an exhibitor on Teratec s 2017 forum, be present on TERATEC s WebTV In recent years, we began to make a place for the video with recording lectures. For the 2017 edition, we go further with the possibility, reserved for exhibitors to present your strategy, your news... in video form. Install a mini-studio in the heart of TERATEC Forum where each participant will respond to pre-focused questions with a journalist. All videos will be included in a specific WebTV platform for further dissemination of videos, integrate for each video pdf files of your choice. The cost for the overall delivery is set at 800 excl.vat invoiced directly by the provider CIMAX. The final copyright free version will be delivered in HD on Teratec s or your company s background. 15 13. Security A general security service will be operated in the exhibition hall from 1:00 to 7:00 during the nights of Monday, June 2 and Tuesday, June 27. BEWARE! At any time during set-up and dismantling, and during exhibition opening times, never leave valuables (audio-visual, computers, or personal belongings) unattended on your booth 14. EXHIBITOR BADGES Badges will be available at the Welcome desk from 1:00 on Monday, June 2. REMINDER! Please ensure that all your booth personnel register online, ahead of the event at: Only registrations made online before June 15 will be taken into account. 15. INTERNET ACCESS The exhibition hall will be equipped with a WIFI connection to allow Internet access. The WIFI access identifiers and password will be communicated upon request on arrival at the Forum. ATTENTION! As this WIFI connection is shared by all Forum attendees, its bandwidth can be very low and fluctuating. Do not rely on this connection for any live internet demonstration. Cable Internet connections are available at some points of the exhibition hall. Please contact TERATEC for more information on locations and costs. 1. EXHIBITOR AND VISITOR CAR PARKS / DELIVERIES The car park is located in the Cour des Cérémonies (n 2 on the map). It is free of charge for all the duration of the TERATEC Forum. You can unload your exhibits and documentation in the Cour d Honneur (n 5 on the map). However, parking is not allowed in the Cour d Honneur, so you will have to move your car to the Cour des Cérémonies after unloading. 17.
