5 PRESS RELATIONS: This year, Teratec relies on press agency C&REY Communication to promote its Forum to the specialized press. This means over 300 journalists from the French and foreign press will receive press releases according to the progress of the show. They will also discover the entire range of exhibitors, their latest innovations and highlights. It is important to send your news to Colette REY in time: she will then forward your information to all these magazines, before and during the event. Booth characteristics Carpet floor: GREY color with ORANGE color inlayed square Melamine panels: white with aluminium framework It is forbidden to make holes in the booth panels (no screws, nails or tacks). Please use Velcro strips, Blu-Tack or chain instead. They can be ordered from our booth builder DP ARCHI. 12 11. Security A general security service will be operated in the exhibition hall from 07:00pm to 7:00am during the nights of Monday, June 27 and Tuesday, June 28. BEWARE! At any time during set-up and dismantling, and during exhibition opening times, never leave valuables (audio-visual, computers, or personal belongings) unattended on your booth 12. Exhibitors badges 04:00pm on Monday, June 27. REMINDER! Please ensure that all your booth personnel register online, ahead of the event at: Only registrations made online before June 15 will be taken into account. 13. Internet access The exhibition hall will be equipped with a WIFI connection to allow Internet access. The WIFI access identifiers and password will be communicated upon request on arrival at the Forum. ATTENTION! As this WIFI connection is shared by all Forum attendees, its bandwidth can be very low and fluctuating. Do not rely on this connection for any live internet demonstration. Cable Internet connections are available at some points of the exhibition hall. Please contact TERATEC for more information on locations and costs. 14. Exhibitor and visitor car parks / Deliveries The car park is located in the Cour des Cérémonies (n 2 on the map). It is free of charge for all the duration of the TERATEC Forum. You can unload your exhibits and documentation in the Cour d Honneur (n 5 on the map). However, parking is not allowed in the Cour d Honneur, so you will have to move your car to the Cour des Cérémonies after unloading. 15. Meeting rooms Two meeting rooms located at the heart of the exhibition are available to TERATEC Forum exhibitors. Forum TERATEC 201 Page 12
