2 E21Commerce Product Overview E21Commerce is a fully integrated E21-Ecommerce solution built upon the open source nopcommerce platform. All pertinent e-commerce data: orders, customers, product info (including customer specific pricing and real time inventory data), etc. are shared seamlessly between E21Commerce & E21 without any user intervention necessary. E21Commerce has a built-in content management system allowing users with little or no web expertise to modify / maintain certain website content such as social media, marketing info, newsgroups, blogs, etc. via the E21Commerce admin panel. E21Commerce is built to maximize Search Engine Optimization metadata allowing for maximum exposure to search engines. E21Commerce will run in both a self-hosted and an ISP-hosted environment, however, the initial rollout of the product (Phase 1) will focus on self-hosted solutions. Additional implementation charges for ISP-hosted solutions will also apply. Self-Hosted solution is expected to rollout Q ISP-Hosted solution (Phase 2) will rollout Q1, E21Commerce allows for full integration with various 3 rd -party e-commerce-related sites such as FedEx, UPS, USPS, Authorize.NET, PayPal, Google Analytics, etc. E21Commerce comes with customizable message templates sent at various system events (Order Acknowledgements, New User Registrations, etc). E21Commerce is included for free for all TGI customers, however, all services necessary to implement E21Commerce including (but not limited to) software design, setup, modification, training, etc. are billable at our standard rates. Website implementations vary, but TGI customers should budget no less than 20 billable hours for a non-modified, self-hosted implementation. Customers who wish to have their E21Commerce solutions hosted offsite (ISP- Hosted) should expect additional implementation charges (+ ISP monthly charges). E21Commerce is a black-box solution with full integration for E21 versions 81 and above. TGI does not intend on modifying the E21Commerce core functionality for each customer implementation. That said, TGI will incorporate E21 customer-specific modifications at the necessary touch points (product pricing & availability, order posting, etc.) TGI has licensed a number of website "themes" to freely distribute to our customers offering a wide array of designs to suite every business. Themes can be modified (images, colors, etc.) however TGI will not deliver custom themes for each E21Commerce implementation. Customers must choose from the existing theme library, or work with a qualified 3 rd party nopcommerce web developer to create custom themes at their own expense.

3 Website Customization Website needs vary greatly from customer to customer. Additional website customization may be required based on your individual needs. In most cases this customization can be performed by either a TGI developer or even in-house. In other cases, a professional web design specialist may be required. Please schedule a review session with a TGI representative for additional information. All E21Commerce customization performed by TGI personnel is billable at our standard rates. TGI will work with our customers to help them select the website theme that is most suited for their business. If necessary, we will then work with our customers to implement specified color patterns, text fonts, background images, etc., over the selected website theme. TGI will NOT be responsible for creating or maintaining any product images, page artwork or major theme redesign. Any logos, images, artwork, etc. must be supplied to TGI. TGI will work with our customers to add additional menu items and pages to your E21Commerce website. TGI will NOT provide content or maintain the content on these pages. All page content (excluding those pages which are fully integrated with E21) and content maintenance will be performed by the customer within the supplied content management system. If requested, TGI will aid our customers in locating a qualified nopcommerce web design specialist, however, all work performed by any 3 rd -Party (including in-house changes) is not guaranteed by TGI and any pages effected by 3 rd -Party work voids any warrantees covered by your TGI software maintenance contracts. The base nopcommerce platform offers the ability to add many website features by simply downloading and installing various 3 rd -Party plugins. That said, only those plugins approved by TGI are guaranteed to work. TGI will test and approve any requested plugins you may require on your site. Please note that 3 rd -Party plugins may make updating your site difficult / impossible and any pages affected by 3 rd -Party plugins voids any warrantees covered by your TGI software maintenance contracts.

4 Phase 1 Roadmap (Delivery Q4, 2014) The following system processing & integration points between E21 and E21Commerce will be available upon completion of Phase 1. Hosting Requirements Phase 1 will require a self-hosted solution (E21Commerce Website and TGI Web Services are hosted on the same network as your E21 system). In a self-hosted solution, all data transfer between E21 and E21Commerce will occur via web services and SQL Server database triggers. Product Integration During E21Commerce implementation, all valid E21 product data (all active products with e-commerce flag enabled) will be exported offline to the E21Commerce database. All product maintenance from that point fwd will go as follows: All Product Data will be maintained within E21 and when modified will override data in the E21Commerce system. Upon inserting or updating E21 product information, SQL database triggers will update applicable fields within E21Commerce. Not all product information visible within E21Commerce will be available within the E21 system. Product data which is not available within E21 may be modified / maintained within the E21Commerce admin panel. All Product Categories will be maintained within E21 and when modified will override data in the E21Commerce system. Upon inserting or updating E21 product category information (groups, sub-groups, lines, sub-lines), SQL database triggers will update applicable fields within E21Commerce. Product UOM data will be maintained within E21. Upon inserting or updating E21 UOM information (including UOM conversion factors), SQL database triggers will update applicable fields within E21Commerce. Related Product data (complimentary products, substitute products) will be maintained within E21. Upon inserting or updating E21 related product information, SQL database triggers will update applicable fields within E21Commerce. All product pricing and availability will come directly from E21 in real time via TGI Web Services. Each product will be available for ordering in all valid product UOM s with product pricing and availability being a multiple of the products selected UOM conversion factor. Valid products which are not contained on a valid price sheet for the website user will not display in the product pages. Customer Integration During E21Commerce implementation, all valid E21 customer data (active customers with existing contact and login data already created) will be exported offline to the E21Commerce database. All customer maintenance from that point fwd will go as follows:

5 All pertinent Customer Data will be maintained within E21 and will override data in the E21Commerce system. Users in the E21Commerce system are analogous with *contacts* within E21. When contact data is edited within E21 (tmcontact), SQL database triggers will update applicable fields within E21Commerce. When contact data is edited within E21Commerce, E21 will be updated in real time via TGI Web Services. TGI customers will have the ability to also allow contact changes on the website to also update the customer master record, however, this should be enabled with caution so as to keep your customer master data accurate. Login & Password Data will be maintained within E21 and will override data in the E21Commerce system. E21 CSR s can assign logins to existing E21 customers and supply those customers with their E21Commerce credentials. When login is edited within E21 (weblogin), SQL database triggers will update applicable fields within E21Commerce. When login data is edited within E21Commerce, E21 will be updated in real time via TGI Web Services. E21Commerce will have an option for existing E21 customers to request a login thru the website, but immediate access will only be given for requests in which the supplied E21 account number and address already exists within E21. Otherwise an will be sent to a CSR for review at which time they must create the requested login manually via E21. New customers registering within E21Commerce will have their customer data created within E21 in real-time via TGI Web Services. E21Commerce admin settings will determine if new registrants require CSR review or will have immediate access to the E21Commerce shopping cart functionality. All linked address data (Billto s & Shipto s) will be maintained within E21 and will override data in the E21Commerce system. Upon inserting or updating linked addresses, SQL database triggers will update applicable fields within E21Commerce. E21Commerce users will have the ability to add/edit contact, billing and shipping addresses within E21Commerce, however, at this time only Contact information will update in real-time via TGI Web Services. Modified billto & shipto data will be used for any orders created, however these addresses will NOT be permanently linked to the customer within E21 automatically. Whenever a linked address is added or modified, an will be sent to a CSR for review. CSR s may then add / edit billto and shipto addresses within E21 manually. Order Processing E21Commerce orders will be created within E21 in real-time via TGI Web Services. E21 order information will be returned to the E21Commerce system so that all order specific data (order numbers, etc) are the same and are consistent in all messages, s, etc. E21Commerce will allow for orders to be placed for Existing E21 customers, new customers, or anonymous (non-registered) users. E21Commerce will offer limited 3 rd party checkout integration (Shipper API s, payment API s, etc) for Phase 1 rollout. Not all processing (Shipping & handling charges for example) will be consistent with standard E21 processes. E21Commerce will offer a number of promotional features included in the base nopcommerce platform (coupon codes, buy 1 get 1, free shipping, etc). These will be maintained wholly within the E21Commerce admin panel and will NOT be available when ordering directly thru E21. Not all promotional features available in the standard nopcommerce platform are guaranteed to flow thru E21. Additional testing will be required. Orders placed in E21 (not E21Commerce) will not be available within E21Commerce order history.

6 Phase 2 Roadmap (Delivery Q1, 2015) The following additional system processing & integration points between E21 and E21Commerce will be available upon completion of Phase 2. Hosting Requirements Phase 2 will allow for both self-hosted and ISP-hosted solutions. In a self-hosted environment, E21Commerce Website and TGI Web Services are hosted on the same network as your E21 system and all data transfer between E21 and E21Commerce will occur via web services and SQL Server database triggers. In an ISP-hosted environment, E21Commerce is hosted off-site and all data transfer between E21 and E21Commerce will occur via web services and data file transfers. Keep in mind that even in an ISP-hosted solution, TGI web services will still require internet access to a self-hosted web server, however, in this scenario your ISP will maintain the majority of your website infrastructure and your website will typically be faster do to the ISP s (presumably) higher network bandwidth. Order Processing TGI will expand the number of promotional and 3 rd -party E21Commerce checkout integration plug-ins (Shipper API s, payment API s, etc). 3 rd -Party integration will be performed by request and not all processing (Shipping & handling charges for example) will be consistent with standard E21 processes. Order History & Review TGI will expand the data available within the order history section of E21Commerce to include orders placed outside of the E21Commerce system. All orders placed within E21 will be available within E21Commerce via TGI web services.
