2 Atlantic County Instructions on entering the website: 1. Enter the web address on the address line in the browser and click go Click Public Search

3 3. Accept the disclaimer by clicking Accept. 4. For immediate access to deeds you must login as a Guest. Click Login Note: Guests can only view the first page of the document.

4 5. Enter desired name and document type and click search. 6. Click view next to the correct name.

5 7. Click Get Image at the top of the screen to display document.

6 Burlington County Instructions on entering the website: 1. Enter this web address on the address line in the browser and click go Enter the desired name, recording date, and select deed as your document type and click search now.

7 3. Click on the document number located on the far left of the screen. 4. Click view document.

8 5. Click on the page icon located on the far left of the screen to view the image.

9 Cape May County Instructions on entering the website: 1. Enter this web address on the address line in the browser and click go Scroll down to the bottom of the page and click on the Browntech Image Plugin.

10 3. Click on Click here to install current version (2.01) of Browntech Image Plugin. 4. When the file download box appears in the middle of the screen click Run.

11 5. When the Install Wizard is complete, click Next for the remaining three screens. 6. On the fourth screen click Install.

12 7. After the program is installed, click finish. 8. Click on the free access sign located on the far left of the screen.

13 9. Scroll down to the bottom on the screen and click the Access CAPEVIEW sign. 10. Select the Search Land Record by Name search criteria located at the far left of the screen.

14 11. Enter the desired name, the document type deed document group, and the respective dates. Then scroll down and click search. 12. To get the imaged deed, click on the V of the desired property located on the far right of the page.

15 13. A box will appear on the far left of the screen with the respective page numbers. Click on view for the desired page number.

16 Mercer County Instructions of entering the website: 1. Enter this web address on the address line in the browser and click go Click on Property Search.

17 3. Click By Name option on the top menu bar. Enter desired name and select Deed as your document type. Then click search. 3. Click view next to the correct name.

18 4. Click Get Image at the top of the screen to display document.

20 3. Accept the disclaimer by clicking I Agree 4. Click Search By Party Name (Option 2).

21 5. Enter desired name and select Deed Standard as Doc Type. Click Search. 6. Click view next to the correct name. Image will appear is separate window.

23 3. Click on the By Name tab. 4. Enter desired name and select deed as your document type then click search.

24 5. Find the correct owner and click view on the far left of the screen. 6. Click on get image.

32 3. Click By Name option on the top menu bar. Enter desired name and select Deed as your document type. Then click search. 4. Click view next to the correct name.

35 3. Click Acknowledge the disclaimer and enter the site 4. Enter the name of the party, select deed as the document type, then scroll down and click search.

36 5. Click on the image icon located at the far right of the page. 5. Click on Retrieve as PDF to view the image.

37 Union County Instruction on entering the website: 1. Enter this web address on the address line in the browser and click go Click on Download our document viewer, located in the middle of the screen.

38 3. Click on save or run. 4. When the download box appears click Run

39 5. Click Run to install software. 6. Click Next for the next three screens

40 7. Click Install 8. Click Finish

41 9. Click the Return button located at the bottom of the screen to return to the homepage. 10. Scroll down and click on Name

42 11. Enter the name of the party and check deed under the document type. Then click search. 12. Click on the image icon located to the right of the deed date to view the image.
