2 Summary We are thrilled to introduce you to the newest release of Cloud9, Release 5.1 HTML5! This document is designed to get you up and running without a pause in your daily routine. You will find that the windows are very similar with some menu and icon changes that will be detailed. Once you become familiar with the look and functionality of the menus and icons, you will see that they are consistent throughout the program. Let s get started! Menu Bar The Menu Bar at the top replaces the menu bar and row of icons in the previous versions. Once you select a menu item, all information is listed by categories. The menu bar items access the same information that was in the previous version. For example you opened the Schedule by clicking on the Home menu in the previous version, you do the same in Release 5.1 HTML5. The Home menu is featured below Buttons on Menu Bar The four buttons located at the right of the menu bar perform these functions. Chat Previously located at the bottom of the Cloud9 window, this feature is now at the top. Full Screen Click this icon to view Cloud9 in Full Screen Mode. Lock Screen Click this icon to lock the screen if you need to step away from your workstation. You will be required to re-enter your password to unlock. Logout Displays your login name. Click this button to logout of Cloud9. Revised

3 Specify Location Click the Location List button to change your Location. Close All In the previous version you needed to right-click on an open tab at the bottom of the window to access the Close All option, or click on the Close All Tabs icon from the View menu. The Close All button now remains displayed at the bottom left of the window. Now that you are familiar with the layout of Cloud9, let s look at some additional windows and introduce you the new icons. Let s open the schedule. Look familiar? Go to the next page and see the New look. The redesign gives a cleaner look to the windows. Silverlight Revised

4 Release 5.1 HTML5 Clipboard/Toolbar The options on the Clipboard Toolbar are now available from the top row beneath the Patient Locator. Search If the schedule has a template applied the search feature is available. Search for availability in your schedule for specific appointment types/classes. Patient Appts Click to find a patient s appointments. Practice Click to view the locations that are open on a specific day and what template has been assigned. Reminders Manage appointment reminders for your patients. Notes Add a Schedule for Block note to your schedule. No Shows Click to access the No Show window. Week View your schedule for the entire week. Print Print your schedule. Revised

5 Appointment Recap This information in the previous version was located at the bottom of the screen. It is now located at the top right with the applied template displayed at the top left. Refresh The schedule refreshes immediately without clicking on the Refresh icon, but you can always click it if you want. Close Close the Schedule window. Another window that offers new icons is the Add Patient window. Remember, once you are familiar with the icons, the functionality is the same throughout the program. Silverlight Wow! 6 Release 5.1 HTML5 Schedule After completing the patient and responsible party information, click this button to go directly to the schedule to make an appointment. Edit After completing the patient and responsible party information, click this button to go directly to the Edit Patient window. Close After completing the patient and responsible party information, click this button to save and close the window. Cancel Click to exit the window without saving. Enter a New Person Click to create new information. Lookup an Existing Person Click to create a new patient from an existing person/relationship in the database. Add Click to create new information. Edit Click to edit existing information. Delete Click to delete a selected entry. Rank Up Click to change the order of existing information. Rank Down Click to change the order of existing information. Sharing Options Click to have existing information shared between the patient and relationships. Revised

7 The new Edit Patient offers additional functionality. Silverlight Release 5.1 HTML5 Print Click to print Patient Information or Patient Appointments. Save Click to save edited information without closing the window. Close Click to both save and close the window. Cancel Click to exit the window without saving. Revised

8 Remember the row of icons that were specific to the patient you had open? Those options are now available to the right of the patient s name and ID number. All you need to do it click on the down pointing arrow and the shortcuts will be displayed. The Relationship, Referrals/Professionals and Insurance windows have also been redesigned for easy viewing and editing. No more clicking through tabs to locate the information you need. 9 Edit Click to edit existing information. Delete Click to delete existing information. Each individual has his or her own Edit and Delete button so you can be sure you have the correct person selected. Again, the Referrals/Professionals and the Insurance tabs have the same functionality. The Ledger has had a very streamlined redesign. Posting payments has never been easier! 10 Refresh The ledger refreshes immediately without clicking on the Refresh icon, but you can always click it if you want. Post Charge Click to add a charge to the ledger. Post a Payment Click to add a payment to the ledger. Post a Family Payment Click to add a payment to several members with the same Responsible Party. Correction Click to correct a transaction that was posted with the incorrect amount. Reverse Click to correct a transaction that has been posted to the incorrect ledger. v Void/Return This is currently not available. Print Ledger Print the open ledger. Close Click to save and close the window. Reports are now faster and easier to generate. You can search for a report by simply typing in a few characters of the report s name. It displays all available reports that contain the typed characters. No more closing the preview window to change the report parameters! You can choose the parameters once you select a report and change them as required. Revised

11 v Navigate Backward Currently not available. v Navigate Forward Currently not available. Refresh If different parameters are selected, click to refresh the report. First Page Jump to the first page of the report. Previous Page Go backward to the previous page. Next Page Go forward to the next page. Last Page Jump to the last page of the report. Toggle Print Preview Turn Print Preview on or off. Export Export the current report into another file type. Print Print the current report v Toggle Document Map Currently not available. Toggle Parameters Area Turn the parameters on or off. Zoom In Make the view larger. Zoom Out Make the view smaller. Toggle Full Page/Full Width Make each page in the report fit to full page. Please refer to the list of Release Notes for additional items that are available in this release. The similarities of the windows and buttons will make this release an easy transition. Revised
