1 In some cases, an insurance carrier may require a different Payer ID number based on the facility where the services are performed for your patient. This could be applicable at the carrier level, or may be required at the plan level. 2 IMPORTANT Access to the system tables is restricted to administrative users only. Modifications to any system table by unauthorized persons can result in rejected claims, missed payments, and other errors. Information from each system table is used throughout the system. 8 The Facility Payer tab activates consisting of a list pane and a detail pane. The list pane displays the facility payer identification records for the selected insurance carrier. The details pane is used to view or create new records and appears in new mode by default. To create additional records, click the New button on the toolbar to refresh the window or, if finished, click the Exit button on the toolbar to return to the PulsePro dashboard.
