2 Print Queue View Delete Rerun Convert to Excel View Status Tasks Save this Report Saved Reports All reports and utilities in Skyward are processed through a District Print Queue. You have a feature called My Print Queue which is accessible as a hyperlink on virtually every screen. The Print Queue allows you to access reports that have been recently generated or are currently running. The amount of days a report will stay in the Print Queue will depend upon district settings in Product Setup>System Administration>District Print Queue>Report Configuration. Some reports may take a while to generate; you do not need to stay on the Print Queue screen waiting for the report to complete. View View allows you to see the selected report in the Print Queue. You can also click on the Report Description in the Print Queue Browse screen to view the report. Delete Delete allows you to remove a completed report or utility in your Print Queue. Rerun Rerun will reprocess the selected report. If you updated the parameters of the report and click Rerun, it will not reflect the updated parameters.

3 Convert to Excel Convert to Excel will convert the selected into an Excel spreadsheet. After selecting Convert to Excel, you will receive the above popup to determine how the file opens. View Status View Status allows you to see the information as the report processes in the print queue. The above image occurred while the report status was running.

4 Tasks Tasks allows you to maintain the Scheduled and Monitored tasks.

5 Schedule This Schedule This allows you to schedule the report or utility to run on a specified schedule.

6 Task Information - Allows you to determine the start/end date and time the report or utility will process. Day(s) of the week Determine the days the report or utility will process. Week(s) of the month (1-6) Allows you to select the weeks during the month the report or utility will process. Specific day of the month (1-31) This option allows you to pick a specific day of the month to run the report or utility. Occurrence(s) of the day in the month (1-5) This option allows you to select a specific day(s) in the month. Example the report will run on the 3 rd Friday of every month. Month(s) of the year Select the month(s) the report or utility will process. Additional Export Options Allows you to select an export location and an option to the results to a user. Task Manager Allows you to select the specified users to receive a notification in SkyPort when the process is complete. FTP Upload the results file to the selected FTP Connection Allows you to select the FTP location where the scheduled task results file will be saved. Scheduled Tasks Scheduled Tasks allows you to see all of the report/utilities set as a scheduled task. Edit Allows you to make modifications to the selected Scheduled Task. Delete This option gives you the ability to remove the Scheduled Task. Run Now By selecting this option, it will force the Scheduled Task to process now.

7 Monitor This Monitor This allows you to schedule the report or utility to run multiple times during a day. Task Information - Allows you to determine the start/end date and time the report or utility will process. You can also set the frequency of when the report/utility processes. Day(s) of the week Determine the days the report or utility will process. Week(s) of the month (1-6) Allows you to select the weeks during the month the report or utility will process. Specific day of the month (1-31) This option allows you to pick a specific day of the month to run the report or utility. 8 Monitoring Tasks allows you to see all of the report/utilities set as a monitored task. Edit Allows you to make modifications to the selected Scheduled Task. Delete This option gives you the ability to remove the Scheduled Task. Run Now By selecting this option, it will force the Scheduled Task to process now. Save this Report Save this Report allows you to save a copy of the report in the database. Report Name Name defaults with the name of the report from the Print Queue, but the field can be modified. Menu Path Displays the menu path of the location of the report in Skyward. Folder Allows you to determine the folder the report will display in the Save Reports. You can create an additional folders in the Saved Reports button. Share this Report with Other If this option is selected, the report will display in the Saved Reports button for other users. Batch Allows you to enter a batch name for the report. A filter can be created in the Saved Reports to filter based upon batch name. Report Comment Allows you the ability to enter in additional information regarding this Saved Report.

9 Saved Reports The Saved Reports button displays any report you saved using the Save Report button. My Folders My Folders allows you to maintain the folders where saved reports display. Saved Reports to Show The Saved Reports to Show allows you to determine the reports that display the report browse. You can choose from: My Saved Reports If this option is selected, only reports you save will display in the report browse. Reports by Menu Path When this option is selected, you have the ability to enter a menu path to determine the reports that display. Reports by User You have the ability to enter a User s Name Key to have reports saved by the selected user display in the report browse. Report Browse The Report Browse displays all of the Saved Reports based upon the option selected in the Saved Reports to Show. View Allows you to view the generated report. Copy When this option is selected, you have the ability to create a duplicate of the selected report. Edit Allows you to modify the Folder, Share this Report with Others field, Batch and/or Report Comment. Delete Removes the selected Saved Report. Share All By selecting this option, it will share all reports based upon the folder selected. Unshare All Allows you to change all of the reports flagged as Shared to Unshared.
