1 This is an Integrated Mobile App containing five Modules: Swachh Bharat Mission, Assets, GP coordinate Details, Gandhi Saakshi Kayaka(Worksoft) and e-pavathi. PDO Module Login Page Login Entered Username and Password will be authenticated from server and then it will be stored in local database. Internal Document Id:037 National Informatics Centre Page 1

2 PDO Main Menu Screen App provides five Modules I. Swachh Bharat Mission (Toilet construction scheme). II. ASSETS (Government Property Mapping) III. GP Details (To capture Gram Panchayat Location and Image) IV. Gandhi Saakshi Kayaka (Worksoft) V. e-pavati(property Tax Collection) Note: e-pavathi Module can be used only when IMEI number of mobile is updated. 3 I.Swachh Bharat Mission Following five options are available in SBM module. 1. Download 2. Upload Unsaved 3. Pre Work Order 4. Last Inspection 5. Report 1. Data Download App will check for internet connectivity if internet is available then data can be downloaded for both initial and final stages from server. Data includes beneficiary details and the inspection stage like Pre-Inspection or Final-Inspection stage. Internal Document Id:037 National Informatics Centre Page 3

4 2. Data Upload Select village name, year and month from dropdown. App will check for internet connectivity if internet is available then unsaved data can be uploaded to the server. 5 3. Pre-Inspection Here app will give the list of beneficiary under Pre-Inspection stage. Beneficiary is selected and some questions related to toilet construction are asked. GPS Co-ordinates and picture of the toilet construction place can be captured. If internet connection is available then data is sent directly to the server as well as it is saved in local database. If internet connectivity is not available then data will be saved in a local database. 4. Final-Inspection Here app will give the list of beneficiary under Final-Inspection stage. 6 GPS Co-ordinates and picture of the toilet construction place can be captured. If internet connection is available then data is sent directly to the server as well as it is saved in local database. If internet connectivity is not available then data will be saved in a local database. 5. Report Here all Applications belonging to that Gram Panchayat and whether the captured images and location details are sent or not is shown. 7 II. ASSETS Following four options are available in Assets module. 1. Download 2. Upload Unsaved 3. Capture Asset Picture and GPS 4. Assets Report 1. Download Assets Data App will check for internet connectivity if internet is available then data can be downloaded from server. 8 2. Upload Assets Data App will check for internet connectivity, if internet is available then unsaved data can be uploaded to the server. 3. Capture Assets Picture and GPS Here app will give the list of Assets according to Assets category. Any Asset can be selected and its details are displayed. If internet connectivity is not available then data will be saved in local database. 4. 10 III. GP Details Following three options are available in GP Details module. 1. GP Location Details 2. View Photo 3. Upload 1. GP Location Details Here GP name, its Taluk and District name are shown. GPS Co-ordinates and picture of the Gram Panchayat is captured and saved locally. 13 IV. Gandhi Saakshi Kayaka (Worksoft) Following four options are available in Gandhi Saakshi Kayaka module. 1. Select Works 2. Update 3. View Images 4. Upload Note: In this module Data (Works) gets downloaded automatically when you enter Gandhi Saakshi Kayaka Menu from PDO Menu with Internet Connection. 1. Select Works Here app will show Gram Panchayat and Year. On selecting Year, all Works of that GP and Year are displayed in the List View. Internal Document Id:037 National Informatics Centre Page 13

15 2. Update Works Here app will show Gram Panchayat and Year. On selecting Year, Selected Works are displayed in the List View. Only the Works Saved earlier are displayed in the List View. 16 After Capturing GPS and Images, click Save button. App will check for internet connectivity if internet is available then data is be uploaded to the server. Otherwise data is saved locally. 4. View Images Here app will show Gram Panchayat and Year. On selecting Year, all Works for which Location and Images are captured by this device are displayed in the List View. 17 4.Upload Works Data App will check for internet connectivity if internet is available then unsaved data can be uploaded to the server. In screen you can see the total no of records that needs to be sent to sever. V. e-pavathi Following four options are available in e-pavathi module. 1. 30 3.Sync Menu(Downloading data from server) By clicking Sync Village, all villages that belong to the Gram Panchayat are downloaded. By clicking Sync Ward, all Wards of each village are downloaded. Internal Document Id:037 National Informatics Centre Page 30
