Any Upgrade completed within 30 days or less since the last Upgrade or Subscriber Activation date will not be eligible for this Upgrade Spiff c. Customers with Jump 1.0 must complete 6 months for upgrades to be commissionable. (Upgrading customers with Jump before eligibility to use Jump Upgrade does not qualify for Upgrade Revenue). d. A valid IMEI must be entered into Quick-View at the time of Upgrade. This rule does not apply for transactions processed through Direct Ship. e. The IMEI of the handset sold to the Subscriber must match T-Mobile's shipment record to the Dealer. This rule does not apply for the transactions processed through Direct Ship. f. All Renewals/Upgrades that are not processed through the Jump! Program must be processed via CIHU to be eligible for this revenue. In the rare event of a system downtime issue, impacted upgrades may be accepted via dispute. g. All Jump! Upgrades must be processed through the Jump! Upgrade system and a Valid IMEI recorded. h. Simple Choice No Credit and Simple Choice No Credit North America Upgrades are not commissionable. i. Excludes On-Demand Mobile Internet (MBB) Upgrades (MBB10SBB)

For any free trial promotional feature offer, the payout will take place once the regular MRC begins (after the free trial period ends). d. Features added by the Dealer by manually calling Customer Care are eligible for the Feature Compensation Revenue provided that the Dealer Code is captured in the billing system of record at the time of the transaction. e. The Feature Compensation Revenue is paid based on where the feature is sold to the Subscriber. If a Subscriber Activates voice service in one location, then adds a qualifying Feature at another Dealer location, the Dealer Activating the qualifying Feature shall be eligible for this Feature Compensation Revenue stated above. f. Features must be added to the same SIM card as the Subscriber s stand-alone voice or data rate plan to be eligible for the Feature Compensation Revenue. g. For purposes of this Revenue, BAN Level Features are defined as features that apply to all lines on a Subscriber s Billing Account Number (BAN) versus Features on the individual lines under the BAN. BAN Level Features will only be paid once per BAN. h. Excludes the On-Demand Mobile Internet (MBB) Rate Plan (MBB10SBB) feature and On- Demand Data Passes i. Same Month Deactivations are excluded from Feature Compensation Revenue pay

POS Handset Discounting Dealer Commission System (DCS) is scheduled to launch October 1, When DCS launches, handset discounts applied to upgrade transactions (type F10) at the point of sale will be subject to chargeback. Chargeback amounts will be for the difference between the MSRP price and the actual price charged to the customer at the point of sale, in the same manner as they are applied for discounted handsets sold at the time of activation.

T-Mobile may terminate the Pay in Advance Revenue at any time, in its sole discretion. *This Pay in Advance Revenue is subject to Charge Back, in T-Mobile s sole discretion, if the Activation occurs on (1) any Postpaid or Deposit Product rate plan; (2) any Prepaid SIM that is not supplied directly by T-Mobile to Retailer; (3) the new Prepay Activation is terminated and/or the prepay balance from the new Prepay Activation is transferred in whole or in part to another existing Prepay Subscriber Account; or (4) Retailer is in violation of the terms of the Retailer Agreement or any T-Mobile policy or procedure

REQ Feature changes are not commissionable (REQ Feature is commissionable only if activated at time of a Commissionable Contract Renewal and SOC code changes). b. Existing features taken off and re-added (no SOC change) are not commissionable. c. Features added on or after 120 days of activation to Simple Choice No Credit plan are noncommissionable. 2. Other a. RSA/RSL must hit commission tier to receive revenue. b. Change of Responsibility is not Commissionable either for single line or entire account c. On-Demand Mobile Internet (MBB) Activations/Upgrades are not Commissionable (MBB10SBB) d. Simple Choice No Credit Upgrades are Not Commissionable e. Sales person must ensure that Quick View is reflecting the appropriate Dealer Code for each transaction in order to receive an appropriate commission payout. f. Sales person must ensure to enter the correct Service # in RQ4 per transaction g. Don t ring Jump in RQ4 if it s already on the customer s account. Jump feature should only be added if the customer is adding it at the time of activation or upgrade. h. Future Dated Activity must contain the note Future Dated Activity along with the effective date written in the Comments section i. UNL Data with 5GB Mobile Hotspot $30 activity that pertains to a bundle activations should not be rung out in RQ4 (Plan already incudes data revenue) j. Employees must ensure they are using their current Dealer Code to log in sales. k. Employees must ensure to enter the correct Service # per Transaction in RQ4 l. Port-ins from the following carriers are NON-COMMISSIONABLE: MetroPCS-GoSmart Mobile Lyca Ultra Mobile Simple Mobile Telcel Spot Mobile Walmart Family Mobile Brightspot Univision Mobile - Features added to such Port-ins are commissionable, provided they meet all business rules. Refer to the CAP document for the business rules for Feature payouts. - Upgrades performed on such Port-ins are commissionable, provided the Upgrade is performed through the CIHU and meets all business rules.
