4 Your PC as a mobile phone base station RVS-COM Plus combines the most important communications tools of our time: your PC is turned into a mobile phone base station and helps to save costs, the mobile phone integration brings you more flexibility and efficiency. RVS-COM Plus now lets you use your mobile phone to check whether there are any answerphone messages waiting for you, or if you have received any faxes. You can also use your mobile phone to access your address books. Always get the information you need,... You can also choose to be notified automatically by SMS to your mobile phone whenever your RVS answerphone receives a new message. Using remote playback you can listen to any messages you received when you are away from your phone. So now you can keep on top of everything no matter where you are.... save money,... While you are playing back your messages you can interrupt to have RVS-COM Plus immediately call back the person who left the message, or you can let RVS-COM Plus connect you with any phone number you want, or call you back. All this helps you save telephone charges: Calling your PC from a mobile phone and then being connected to the fixed-line network is normally cheaper than phoning abroad directly from your mobile phone.... and have your address book handy wherever you are. While in remote playback mode you can look for address entries in the AddressManager using your telephone keyboard (assisted by RVS-COM s simplified text input), and you can then be connected to that phone number. The AddressManager lets you manage all your address book entries (Outlook Contacts, RVS address book and all common address books running under Windows) using the one single screen for all your different address books. You can search for a particular entry in several address books at the same time, which means you avoid all the time-consuming hunting for the "right address book.
