7 GET ON THE CLOUD 72horas launches the first cloud on the market exclusively dedicated to the elevator world. This will change the course of the market to a new unknown direction. The mobile line in the elevator opens new possibilities for applications in the elevator world. Thanks to 4G connectivity it is possible to develop interesting IoT tools with the objective to control other devices through the distance using telemetry and remote control. 72horas has developed an open protocol for connectivity (M2CC) to ease up the introduction of multi-platform web service. This will allow that the maintainer could interact through a PC or even a mobile phone with the main board of the elevator. It will be possible to verify the indications and parameters of the main board, detect a breakdown, remotely control the device and, all of this, behind a single service. 12 END OF THE EMERGENCY CALLS Thanks to 72horas ECHO TEST system all of the rescue calls made by the technicians to verify the emergency telephones (emergency button, microphone, speaker and phone line) are completely automatic. 72horas ECHO TEST system is activated by a capture of a QR code which is situated in the engine room. From this moment when the technician makes a call to test the elevator car, the call is diverted to 72horas cloud and reproduces a message to indicate that the technician has15 seconds to record a message to identify the facilities. Quick and easily the emergency button, microphone, speaker and the phone line are tested without the need of the rescue call center to attend the phone call. The 72horas Manager platform is the only platform that is on-line, free and compatible with all type of emergency telephones and GSM devices. The platform registers, when the ECHO TEST call has been made, indicating the date, time and how long the technician remained testing the equipment. Once this time is elapsed 72horas cloud (the only one on the market exclusively dedicated to the world of the elevator) reproduces the recording so the technician could hear and value the quality of the emergency system devices.
