4 Certification The APICS Certified Supply Chain Professional designation is earned by passing one certification exam. APICS CSCP Testing APICS CSCP is available as computer based testing cbt through the Pearson Vue network of test centers. Exams will be delivered in four windows per year. A window is the period of time during which the exams will be available through Pearson Vue. International APICS CSCP Exam Opportunities 2016 Window March 7 May 4 June 16 July 13 August 1 October 29 October 17 December Score report At the end of the exam, candidates will receive a printed score report that includes the candidate s name, exam title, score, and pass or fail information.. 4 CSCP Certificate Candidates who have passed the CSCP exam and have earned a CSCP designation, will receive a printed certificate within four weeks of passing the CSCP exam. If a duplicate certificate is ordered, a charge of $50 will be assessed. Rescore policy Candidates have 90 days from the day the exam is taken to challenge the result. To request a rescore, they must contact the APICS Certification Department at certification@apics.org. The rescore fee is USD $45 per exam. Note that the rescoring process only checks to see if the scoring system functioned properly. CSCP Eligibility To be eligible to register for and take the APICS CSCP exam, a candidate must meet one of the following criteria: 3 years of related business experience or Bachelor s degree or the international equivalent*, or CPIM, CFPIM, CIRM, SCORP, C.P.M., CSM or CPSM designations

5 * APICS defines the international equivalent of a Bachelor s degree as the level of study that would qualify an individual for a graduate program in the country where the undergraduate degree was earned.
