1 How to apply for and book the Level 4 Accounting Technician Apprenticeship end-point assessment The following guide will take you through the process of how to book your place and apply for the Level 4 Accounting Technician role simulation exam, and upload your Level 4 Accounting Technician portfolio and reflective statement, using our online booking system. 1. To apply for the role simulation exam, access the online application process via your training file. Go to the Examinations tab and select Apply for exams. You can book your role simulation exam at specific times only. The following link details when the role simulation exam can be booked, the exam date and when the results will be released. > Exam dates and deadlines Click on Apply online and you will see available exam sessions that you can book on to. 2 3. You will now see a list of exams you are eligible to take. Select the role simulation exam by using the tick-box on the left hand side. Then click Next. 4. To submit your portfolio and reflective statement, you will need to upload the document to the system. Click Browse to locate your file and then select Upload document. 3 5. Personal details If the details displayed are incorrect, you can change them by clicking Edit personal details. Access arrangements If any access arrangemens are applicable to you, they will be highlighted in bold and will state the exams they relate to. If you need to apply for any specific adjustments or provisions for exams due to dissability or medicatl condition, Please You can find out more on the process on our website. 6. You will now be presented with the five closest available exam centres to your preferred location. Pick your preferred centre by clicking select on the chosen venue and move on to the next screen. Please note: if an exam centre doesn t appear within the list, it will already be fully booked. If you have access arrangements, the centres that meet your specific arrangements will be displayed. Session prefrence Please enter your tuition provider and how you are studying. Centre selection Enter the prefered location, either town or postcode where you would like to sit the exam. 4 7. Once you have selected the centre, it will be reserved for 30 minutes. You will have 30 minutes to complete your booking. If you do not complete the process within this time, your centre choice will be released and you will have to start the booking again 8. Review the details of your selection. Please read through carefully to check that all the details are correct. You will also be able to enter your address and mobile number to receive your exam result by or SMS message. 5 9. You will need to confirm with the terms and conditions and then click Next to complete your exam application. 10. You will receive an confirming your application detail. You can also go to the Application summary to review and print your exam application details. Please ensure you review your details thoroughly, if the details are incorrect, you can make changes online before the exam application closing date by going to Modify an existing application.
