2 1 Overview Please provide a list of the exam types appropriate for each of the DR Mammography Management Reports listed below. Accuracy is very important to assure proper mammography tracking and proper production of patient lay letters. After installation, each Management Report shows the exam types included at the top of the Microsoft Excel spreadsheet. Please verify that the proper exam types are included in each report. The following sections represent each of the Breast Imaging Breast Management Reports. 2 All Breast Daily Work Include all breast imaging exam types. Include all breast imaging exam types: mammography / ductography / US / MRI. This should include any exam type where you selected the Breast Coding check box in Exam Type Properties. Do not include biopsies, aspirations, or other Exam Types that may be breast related, but where the BI-RADS Assessments and Recommendations are not coded when the report is created using Instant Reporter.
