3 * A level and Drama For A level (9DR0/02) and 9 to 1 Drama 1DR0/02, we will only accept review of marking applications if a recording of the performance was supplied to the examiner within seven working days of the performance. If this wasn't the case, we will cancel and close your review of marking request. The fee for this review of marking (Service 2) is per candidate and the fee for a priority review of marking (Service P2) is per candidate. Services ** Service 3 - review of moderation of internally assessed coursework Notes Fee per paper/unit Edexcel (excluding Art and Design) Edexcel Certificate/International minimum (up to five candidates) and for each Edexcel AS and A level (excluding Art and Design) minimum (up to five candidates) and for each Edexcel Digital Applications (CiDA/DiDA) 220 minimum (up to five candidates) and for each Edexcel Foundation, Higher and Extended Project 220 minimum (up to five candidates) and for each Fees for Service 3 review of moderation will be calculated pro rata on the basis of the number of candidates who meet the above criteria. Candidates marks may be confirmed, lowered or raised, but we don't require candidates consent for this service. You'll also receive a report giving feedback similar to that provided after the original moderation. 4 **, A level and BTEC (NQF) Art and Design Please note that only review of moderation (Service 3) services are available for these specifications. Once you have submitted your review of moderation (Service 3) request to us through Edexcel Online, we'll fax you an acknowledgement letter listing the original sample of candidates. You'll need to ensure that the work of these candidates is available for moderation review. Please notify us once you've received the list of sampled candidates. If you d like a senior moderator to visit you We'll make arrangements for a senior moderator to visit your centre. You'll be liable for all associated costs, which we'll calculate pro rata on the basis of the number of candidates who meet the criteria. The costs would include the senior moderator s fees, travelling expenses, subsistence costs and, if necessary, accommodation costs and teacher-release payments. However, you won't need to pay the standard Service 3 fees in addition to this. If the requested sample is not available to the senior moderator, he or she will withdraw and we will uphold the original moderation decision. You'll remain liable for all associated costs. We'll let you know the outcome of your review of moderation request within 35 days of the centre visit. If you d prefer to send the work to us The original sample per unit/paper across endorsements must be made available for your request to be valid. It is possible to request a review of moderation (Service 3) on one unit or paper only, but not if your centre has entered for multiple endorsements. Hayley Read/2.0/

5 Waiving of fees Clerical check (Service 1) and review of marking (Service 2/Service P2) requests We will not charge centres for these services if the candidate: has been issued an overall grade for the qualification and this changes as a result a clerical check or a review of marking has not been issued an overall grade for the qualification and their notional unit grade changes as a result of a clerical check or a review of marking. Review of moderation (Service 3) requests We will not charge centres for this service if centre marks are reinstated as a result of the review of moderation.
