8 Requirements Group consists of representatives of 10 elevators (at least 3 representatives from each elevator) Implementation of the system 600 man-hours Validity of the certificate -3 years (with annual confirmation) According to the results of the program, the elevators provided with a HACCP implementation certificate, trained representatives of the elevator get the certificate of internal auditor of HACCP According to the results of HACCP 3-4 control points of food safety are determined, on which the performance of the system will be tested
