10 Undesignate an Existing DNR When terminating a DNR: Select the DNR Action (Temporary or Indefinite). Indefinite is a permanent undesignation of the DNR. Temporary is a short term undesignation of the resource. If Temporary, the attestation will need to be completed as well. Select the POR and Source. Adjust the Start Date and Stop Date (if Temporary). The Capacity Requested must be negative. 10

Request Information: Provider SOCO Status QUEUED or PRESUBMITTED Remaining fields are optional NITS Service: Application Name: Unique Name Start Time: When Network Service will begin Stop Time: When Network Service will terminate NITS Agent: Optional Template NITS Customer: Customer Code: Select the registered entity code Customer Name: Type Company Name Start Time: Do not adjust this. If this is changed to NITS Service Start Time, you will not be able to modify the application until that date. Attested: Must be checked before Application can be COMPLETED.
