1 Evaluation Report of the Fifth European Alcohol Policy Conference Stockholm, 17th- 19th October 2012 Introduction 150 delegates attended the past 5 th European Alcohol Policy Conference, which in turn was the final meeting of the European Commission funded AMPHORA project ( All delegates received a questionnaire in their welcome pack, in order to give their feedback on the conference. This document presents the results of this evaluation, based on the 45 completed forms.
