Our proposal includes the Scope of Work for the items listed below, based on the deliverables, assumptions, and clarifications that follow. Scope of Work Overview: The project goal is to provide PLC Controls to new Digesters 6 and 7 and integrate the data into the SCADA System. The overall system goal is to have Digesters 6 and 7 integrated into the existing digester logic and SCADA System. TechKnowsion s role will be to provide SCADA and PLC programming as listed in the following notable tasks. Notable Tasks: 1. Project Management 2. Pre-programming workshop 3. PLC Programming including but not limited to: a. IO Configuration b. Communications between new and existing PLC c. Digester Sequencing d. Digester feed valves e. Sludge withdrawal pumps f. OLSD Specification, Sections: a , 12 Pages dated Oct 2012 b , 34 Pages dated Oct 2012 c. Drawings, I-3 and I-4, 90% Submittal 2. OLSD Control Strategy Spreadsheet received via 09/26/12 Assumptions 1. TechKnowsion is providing engineering labor services limited to programming of SCADA system components (PLCs, InTouch, InSQL Historian, and SCADAlarm). No hardware, pre-packaged software, or material is being provided or installed. 2. TechKnowsion has allocated 5 mandays for Site Acceptance Testing Support (Spec 17200/1.05/C). 3. Submittals are specifically limited to those identified above 4. Required support will be provided by I&C Subcontractor for onsite testing and commissioning. 5. No training required 6. TechKnowsion has allocated 4 hours for an operator orientation session 7. No drawings required 8.
