THE BID DATE IS HEREBY EXTENDED TO TUESDAY, DECEMBER 11 TH, 2018 at 3:00 pm. Notice is hereby given to prospective bidders that the Plans and Specifications for the Arsenic Mitigation Project Phase II have been modified as hereinafter set forth. This Addendum No. 7 shall form a part of the Contract Documents and takes precedence over the original Contract Documents. Bidders shall acknowledge receipt of this Addendum No. 7 in the space below and attach the Addendum to the Proposal. 2 ARVIN COMMUNITY SERVICES DISTRICT Addendum No. 7 to Specifications for the ARSENIC MITIGATION PROJECT PHASE II October 31, The project duration is hereby revised to be three hundred sixty-five (365) calendar days from the issuance date of the Notice to Proceed (NTP). 2. Preliminary design drawings from PG&E for electrical service to Well 15, Well 16, and Well 17 are attached. 3. The server specification for the SCADA system shall be a HP Z2 Tower G4 Workstation, Windows 10 Pro 64, 8 th generation Intel Core i5 processor, 8 GB memory, 256 GB SSD storage, NVIDIA Quadro P620 Graphics (2 GB GDDR5 dedicated), HP-Pavilion 32 LED QHD Monitor, Logitech wireless keyboard and mouse, and Netgear Nighthawk X10 AD7200 Smart WiFi Router or approved equal. 4. The transducer cable lengths for each of the three well sites shall be as follows: Well ft Well ft Well ft 2

3 5. The Well No. 17 conveyance pipeline bid length of 6,320-ft of 16 PVC shall be revised to 5,470-ft. See the attached bid form to be submitted. The existing 12-inch piping in Comanche Drive has been extended south along Comanche Drive from El Camino Real Road to the south end of the development, south of Viana Drive. A wharf hydrant blow-off assembly is installed at the end of the existing main line and shall be removed by the Contractor and the connection made as shown on the Drawings. The Contractor shall still install a fire hydrant for flushing and disinfection of the Well No. 17 conveyance pipeline and install approximately 12-ft east of the pipeline connection. 6. The UPS for Well 15, 16, 17 and the Tank site shall be an APC Backup UPS Pro 1350VA Battery Back-Up System or approved equal. No relay bypass is required. 7. The redundant Sola 24 VDC power supplies can be used for all 24 VDC power. There is no 15 VDC power required. 8. The Stratix 5700 switches shall be 6 ports at the well sites and 10 ports at the tank sites. 9. The existing District Tank site has an Allen-Bradley PLC-5 control system. The existing program and an existing control diagram are unavailable. Contractors may schedule a site visit with Curtis Skaggs if they desire to inspect the existing PLC system and IO quantities and types. The existing Well 10 is manually operated and does not currently have a PLC. 3
