5 CONTROL ROOM CENTRAL CONTROL ROOM EQUIPMENT CENTRAL CONTROL DESK WITH INDUSTRIAL PC COMPUTERS The central control desks are designed with suitable dimensions to ensure optimum access to the keyboard and desk-mounted controls by the operator. High resolutions color monitors are flush mounted on the inclined desk surface for easy viewing and may be supplied in 14", 17" and up to 21" sizes. Standard or sealed type keyboards & pointing devices may be provided as per client requirements. THE CENTRAL CONTROL DESK MAY BE DESIGNED TO INCLUDE CONTROL & MONITORING DEVICES SUCH AS. PID Controllers Chart Recorders Alarm Annunciators Selector Switches & Push Buttons Indicating Lamps Process Indicators Analog & Digital Metering Devices Mimic Diagrams CENTRAL MIMIC & CONTROL PANELS The mimic diagrams system provided with the control desk or in a separate mimic control board include: MOSAIC TYPE: All plastic mosaic grid with plug-in tiles of dimensions 24x24 and 48x48 mm. Excellent fit, high strength, heat and chemical resistance are properties of the plastic material used for this system. The possibilities of the representations are almost unlimited. ACRYLIC TYPE: Highly transparent acrylic sheets as the top layer, text, symbols and colors are pressed together with the base material to form the solid display plate. This is an effective protection against mechanical damage. The surface is nonreflective and protects the representation against chemical and physical influences.
