3 SPEED Micromanipulators PCS-6000 The PCS-6000 micromanipulator offers extremely precise, fast, stiff and stable micropositioning for electrophysiology research. By being able to choose from a variety of configurations with the combination of motorized long travel and PZT smoothness, you have total control. PCS-5000 The PCS-5000 micromanipulator is the solution for total control in patch-clamp micromanipulation. 4 Micromanipulators PCS-4100 The PCS-4100 micromanipulator was designed by and for electrophysiologists, primarily for patching cultured cells. The low-cost PCS-4100 is the only micromanipulator in the world to include memory positions on the Z axis as well as both rotary stages. Pipette exchange has never been faster or easier. LBM-07 The LBM-07 is a high precision, stable manual manipulator. With the ability to move in XYZ and approach, the LBM-07 also has horizontal and vertical rotary adjustment. 5 Micromanipulators/Microinjection LSS-3000 LSS-8000 INCHWORM PiezoDrill The Piezoelectric Ultra-Fast Solution Switching Systems can change the chemical environment of a whole cell or excised patch with submillisecond time resolution. These systems are complete, practical and easy-to-implement approaches for rapidly moving a theta tube and its exiting solution stream. Positioning of microelectrodes for electrophysiology recordings require micrometer-scale control of high-velocity, high-acceleration steps. These steps must be achieved with minimum vibration to prevent damage to cells, their processes or connections. The INCHWORM motor systems helps cell physiologists obtain clean penetrations and stable cell recordings. The PiezoDrill inertial impact drill allows a genetically engineered nucleus to be deposited directly into the cytoplasm with negligible damage to the recipient oocyte. The PiezoDrill can also be used to greatly improve yields in intracytoplasmic sperm injection (ICSI) and nuclear transfer(nt) for mice and other species of interest.
