Available with a variety of stackers and accessories to customize a flexible and reliable pipetting system for liquid handling applications. The system is available with 3-, 4-, 5-place linear or 10-place circular microplate carriage. 3 Pipettors CyBio - Product Overview your solutions 3 CyBi -8plus1 Combines 8-channel pipetting for column by column processing with single channel pipetting for processing of single wells and tubes. This allows the perfect automation of PCR and sequencing set-up and other reaction set-ups as well as hitpicking, serial dilution and cell based assays. Available as stand-alone system or with stacker and other accessories. The selectable number of working positions allows a perfect adaption on applications, upgrade to further working positions is possible after installation has taken place. The system is available with 3-, 4-, 5-place linear or 10-place circular microplate carriage. For linear systems a second linear track is available. An optional second arm with a robotic microplate handler enables interfacing to other functional units such as heating and cooling devices, shakers, barcode reading devices, microplate readers, incubators and parallel pipettors to expand the system s capabilities. The patented droplet generator technology ensures excellent performance with a wide range of reagents, buffers, solvents, and cell suspensions. The cell recirculation function guarantees homogeneous and gentle cell dispensing without settling effects. Also available as 3D version with movable comb holder especially for precise dispensing into higher density microplate formats. The dispenser can be provided as stand-alone system or as a space-saving integration with CyBio s multichannel pipettors. Sophisticated scheduling software, multiple accessories and a wide range of integrated 3rd party devices complement it to an ideal solution for compound management and screening applications. CyBi -Replicator The liquid handling core of the CyBi -Replicator is the 10-position deck with two pipetting heads. An integrated rotating arm, stackers and software tools for parallel processing form a high throughput compound management platform for plate replicating and plate reformatting. Parallel operation using CyBio Composer speed up the processes. CyBi -Screen-machine The flexible concept of the CyBi -Screen-machine enables high and ultra high throughput screening of biochemical and cell-based assays. A patented transport system connects liquid handling units, stackers, incubators and fluorescence or luminescence readers. Disposable Tips CyBi -Tips Excellent pipetting results require excellent tips. Our tips have been carefully designed according to exact specifications of CyBio s 96-, 384- as well as 8- and 16-channel pipettors.
