The building offers nine floors of office space and over 233,000 sq ft of raised-floor space on three lower levels for telecom, mission critical, co-location and data centers operations. Over the years the building has undergone significant upgrades in order to keep up with the ever-changing technology environment. Central Plant Expansion - Emergency Generator Plant is made up of five (5) Cummins Electric 2,250 kw generators resulting in MW of total capacity. Emergency Generator Plant designed to an N+1 redundancy. Both the Central Plant and Central Plant Expansion Emergency Generator Plants are supported by three (3) 30,000 gallon underground fuel storage tanks designed to maintain Emergency Generator fuel support at full load for approximately 120 hours. UPS POWER UPS Power Plant is made of five (5) Emerson Liebert 750 KVA parallel redundant, UPS modules resulting in 3,750 KVA of total capacity. UPS Power designed and operated to an N+1 redundancy. HVAC HVAC Chiller Plant is made up of three Smart. (3) Trane 1,000-ton centrifugal chillers and two (2) Trane 500-ton centrifugal chillers resulting in 4,000 tons of total capacity. HVAC Chiller Plant is served by four (4) Ceramic 1,500-ton cooling towers. HVAC Plant designed and operated to an N+1 redundancy. Central Plant B Four (4) 1,200 tons chillers plus five (5) 1,200 tons towers.
