4 AVANTAGE Social responsibility of AVANTAGE: - AVANTAGE complex is built in the territory of the technopark in Lytkarino; - During construction, up to 400 people were working at the facility; - In the process of operation, it is planned to employ 180 engineers. Priority will be given to the residents of nearby cities - Lytkarino, Lyubertsy, Zhukovsky. AVANTAGE took an active part in the development of urban infrastructure: - Transport stops in the city; - Over 1,5 km of city sewerage was reconstructed by AVANTAGE; - Protection and restoration of urban architectural monuments.

Engie (Cofely) chillers system with condenser water cooling. The heat is released to the atmosphere by means of dry coolers Cabero. 9 refrigerating machines, each machine is equipped with 4 Turbocolor compressors.

9 Refrigeration supply TECNAIR LV precision air conditioners with water heat exchange keep the temperature with an accuracy of 1 C and humidity with an accuracy of 2%; clean the air of dust, which increases the lifetime of IT-equipment; integrated into the dispatch control system; can withstand continuous operation up to 10 years. 8 air conditioners in each hardware room, working with redundancy.

10 Refrigeration supply "Free cooling" mode. "Free Cooling" is a cooling system that provides a mode of natural cooling. When the street temperature is reduced to + 9 C, the coolant is cooled in the external circuit without the use of chillers. In the cold season, Alfa-Laval plate heat exchangers are also used.

11 Energy supply Uninterrupted guaranteed power supply is provided with the help of 14 dieselrotor UPS Hitec Power Protection with Mitsubishi S16R-PTA engines. The redundancy level of DRUPS: Fuel storage for 180 cubic meters (24 Hour)

12 Energy supply In the event of an external power failure, DRUPS is switched to its own power generation; Designed for 24 hours of autonomous operation, during which the delivery of diesel fuel is provided; When delivering diesel fuel, DRUPS provides autonomous power for unlimited time. 14 DRUPSs are installed in parallel on one double working bus.

13 Energy supply The power distribution system is completely duplicated. The distribution network is built on Siemens equipment.

14 Safety 5 circuits of physical security are provided by: technical systems for access control and video surveillance; architectural elements (arrangement of elements and passages); barrier methods of protection (wickets, turnstiles, fences, barriers); access control systems; systems of video surveillance; security services; personal control of guards (approved regulations and procedures).

15 Telecommunications Two optical cables are provided that do not intersect and are not connected with each other. To this end, using its own resources "Avantage" brought one cable from Moscow by laying it along the Moscow-river bed. The data processing center has connectivity with the largest Moscow traffic exchange nodes by means of two independent fiber-optic connections. The data processing center provides its customers with a connection to any telecommunications operator. The data processing center invites all telecom operators to deploy their communication nodes.

In the territory there is a parking space for 90 cars, which can also be provided to tenants. As a part of the complex, there are 10 specialized facilities for preparation of equipment that can be provided to customers for the period of equipment installation or temporary maintenance.

18 Services. Warehouse rent AVANTAGE data processing center provides storage facilities for storing IT equipment and spare parts kits (SPTA). Convenient access roads, loading and unloading areas with lifts are arranged. Closed guarded premises; Air temperature in warehouses - not below +15 С; Storage facilities are rent by the clients of the Data Center for permanent and temporary use.
