13 The AEB CEC committee was founded in The chairman Andrey Komov, General Director, Volvo CE Russia. Working Groups within the committee: statistics, technical regulation, localization. Member of CECE. Providing statistics on machine sales to customers throughout Russia. Liaison with the bodies of the Russian Federation on technical standards and safety legislation. Discussion and joint actions regarding import duties, customs issues and the disposal fee. Discussion of localization issues. Discussion and coordination of the national trade fair. 14 STATISTICS Program on retail sales statistics in Russia was launched in Statistics program for Kazakhstan was launched in 2014, 10 participants by now. Operated by independent data processor Hargrove & Associates, Inc. 13 reported products. 15 participants, including non-members of CEC: Bell Equipment, Chetra, Kraneks, RM Terex. Other industry companies are welcomed to join the committee AEB BAUMA

15 KEY ISSUES Difficult economic situation in Russia hit by the extraordinary collapse in oil prices, which have fallen by 70% in the past 15 months Sharp Rouble devaluation Introduction of disposal fee for the all types of construction equipment as of 10 th February 2016 and related issues (Decree # 81) Ban of construction equipment of foreign origin to participate in the state procurement (Decree # 719) The issue of defining Russian made product and state support for local production AEB BAUMA
