4 For New Student Registration Paperless Admission in Colleges of Punjab Click on New Student Registration link to register into the system. Fill in the details required in the Enter Previous Class Details section. Data will be fetched/retrieved by the system based on information filled. However, Aadhar card is optional but can be mapped with student database in future. If your data is not retrieved by the system then fill in the column in following section strictly according to your 10+2 class particulars. 4

Student can fill/update his/her correspondence address, city, state, pin code, permanent address, city, state and pin code.

5 The next four sections (Academic details, Personal details, Correspondence address and Permanent address) of the registration form will display data as per data provided by the 10+2 board. 6 In the fifth section (photograph, signature and other information) you are required to upload photograph & signature and fill mobile number, parent s mobile number, ID, generation of password. Finally, tick on the declaration check box and submit details button to complete the registration form. The registration form will be submitted and data will be saved in the system and student details will be displayed in next screen. You can take print out of details and click login button to go to the student login page. Note:- 1. Mobile number & ID are mandatory and important. 2. Every information related to registration, approval, disapproval, admitted and admission cancelled will be sent on registered mobile number and ID. 3. No one can enter the same mobile number and ID for more than two times. 4. Candidate can change his course/college only after cancellation of earlier admission taken in previous college. 5. Student must upload the latest photograph because this photograph will be printed on the DMC, Degree, Roll number Slip and wherever required. 6. At the time of approval candidate will get reference code on his registered mobile no. and the same will be used to take admission in the college. Candidate will not disclose this reference no. to anyone but only with the college where he has taken admission. 6

When student clicks on submit details button the unique student ID and password will be sent on student s registered mobile number and email ID.

On the login screen, enter 13-digit student ID & password (sent on the student s mobile number and ID) and click on student sign in button. Note: Student can click on his Forgot Password link if password has been forgotten. In case of any problem, please send to university at helpdesk@gndu.ac.in. 7

8 RECOVER PASSWORD (STUDENT LOGIN) If a student forgot his/her password then system provides facility to recover password. To recover password click on forgot password link, following page will display on the screen. Fill 13-digit student ID and registered ID and click on recover password button, Password will be sent to the registered ID. Now click on Click here Link to visit the student login screen and enter into the student portal. 8

You can click on college wise courses or college class section button at any time to get the details of various courses running in a college. 9

You can click on the name of the college to visit the website of that college.

10 College wise courses button will display courses available in colleges of a specific city. You can click on the name of the college to visit the website of that college. Academic achievements, faculty details links are also available on this page. You can also check the prospectus fees and course fees of any college. 10

College/Class Selection button display the courses for which a student has applied so far. Student dashboard screen will be displayed with student particulars, stream etc.

A student can fill up to 20 various choices. When student will click on lock your choices button, student s detail will be displayed in college portal. Important Note:- If a student fills all the information about his/her previous class then system will display Verified: No. In this case student has to produce all the required documents related to previous class in the college. 11
