4 4 Find your name and Select: Visit Web Site NOTE: new browser window will open 5 Your personal agent website is now visible. Some items like your picture and your contact numbers may not be viewable. Do not be concerned because you can make the changes once you log into your gent Login area. Scroll to the bottom of your website. On the right hand side (sometimes on the left depending on the template you use). You will see gent Login Select gent Login Page 4 revised 7/07

5 6 You will be presented to the Website Management Center. Provide your User name Provide your Password Select Submit NOTE: fter you have signed up for the first time and you forget your password. Select this link. 7 Please read the On-Line Privacy and cceptable Use Policy. Once you have read the agreement please enter in the following if they are viewable: Provide your ddress and/or Your gent MLS ID You may be asked to enter in a new password When completed Select I gree or I Do not gree NOTE: If you select I do not agree then your website will not be activated. IMPORTNT: The MLS ID is the most important item needed to activate your website and to show your listings to your website. 8 The following steps are to insure that your website is fully operational so it will: e interactive, easy and fun for internet consumers while they are using your website communication area between you and the internet prospects and your current clients ll contact information and a photo of you are available Provide you with the wireless interaction to your website while on the road Prepare your automated campaigns Y ou will need to verify the personal contact information that was used to setup your internet business platform by Selecting: USER manager tab Page 8 revised 7/07

9 USER Manager Tool: User Profile 1 In the USER manager tab you will be at the first of five (f) functions. These functions are important and need your full review and acceptance. Walk through the next couple of pages so as to edit, change or delete information. NOTE: lways make sure you select the Submit Changes for each area or your changes will not take affect.. ccount ccess Settings: On accessing this system for the first time you DO NOT have to change your password again. You already have p;rovided that on the first time login. However it is highly suggested to change your password every six months.. ccount Information: Complete your first and last name. You can add additional text for designations. ssociate ID is REQUIRED. Settings: Primary is the address your leads and reply s for your website will be using. 2 is for team member or assistant to get copies of leads. Phone Settings: The Primary number is the one that shows on your homepage. ll other numbers will be shown on all s and drip marketing campaigns. Use the pull down menu for list. C. User ccount: Should say Sales ssociate, website D. gent MLS ID: MUST! Your MLS name will appear and your MLS ID (provided by your office administrator or website support manager) will need to be entered here. NOTE: if your listings are not showing on your website then your MLS ID is not correct. Contact your office administrator or website support manager. E. Specialties: If you are bilingual then you can choose up to five languages. This system does not provide multi-lingual websites. However we will promote your abilities on the state website for consumers. C E Page 9 revised 7/07 D Please do not add any unique characters (for or &). Only alpha-numeric characters.

10 USER Manager Tool: Controls 2 This area provides you with the functions to change your password, forward leads to others in your office and most important your registration controls, or as it is called The Electronic Lockbox. C D F G E Choosing Minimum Registration will decrease your lead offers because clients will not be required to create a profile to view additional listing information.. Lead Settings: This shows the time line for accepting leads.. Lead ssignment Market reas: Select your zip codes for your market. You can enter any combination. You can change your zip codes at any time. C. Client Registration Options: Maximum Registration is the lockbox on all listings. Consumer is required to provide first and last name plus Minimum Registration removes the lockbox from your entire website allowing consumers to search without any registration. D. Forward Leads To nother ccount: You can forward your leads to another agent or team member automatically. E. s Notice of Client ctivity-your Standard Setting: This is the GLOL tool for notifications for all your clients. F. s To and From Other gents from Virtual Showings ONLY: Other agents can inquire into your clients who have visited their sellers home and you can do the same. This is an on and off function. 11 USER Manager Tool: Instant cceptance 3 The Instant cceptance provides those sales professionals who have cell phones and handheld devices that can accept to accept their leads while away from the office.. Instant cceptance ddress: Place your address for your cell phone or PD/ handheld device. Then select: SUMIT. Test Instant cceptance fter you have entered and submitted your address above you can then test the function. NOTE: Please read the in depth instructions provided on this page so as to know how to make this very powerful tool work. Instant cceptance will only function with a mobile device that has . If you only have TEXT MES- SGINE, you can receive the lead notification, but you will not be able to accept the lead via your phone. Page 11 revised 7/07

12 USER Manager Tool: User Photo 4 You can easily change out your professional photo that will show on your website, campaigns and New homes by drip marketing tools.. Update ccount Photo: Upload your photo by: Select rowse Find your photo on your Hard drive Then select: Upload Photo. Please Read the instructions regarding photo sizes. Page 12 revised 7/07

13 USER Manager Tool: Domains 5 Your website is preset with a free domain name that is provided by the region. To view this domain name you will need to view the domains page.. Current Domain: The website does provide a free domain name. You can find this domain name here. ll of your personal domain names when you point them to this website will show in this area as well. NOTE: If you are experienced in domain name transferring, forwarding or pointing please continue. If you are not familiar please contact your office administrator.. Current Domain: Enter in your domain name here to notify our developer of your pointing your domain name to the website. C. Name Servers: Here is the location of the Name Servers you will need to change on your Name Server with your current hosting company. NOTE: For Kansas, Missouri, Oklahoma and rkansas your name servers are: Ns1.midstatesrealestate.com Ns2.midstatesrealestate.com For labama, Mississippi and Louisiana: Ns1.dixiestatehomes.com Ns2.dixiestatehomes.com D. Domain Name Options: Please read the following information if you are currently using your domain name as your address. Our website developer does not provide for MX records. E. 14 Listing Manager Tool: Verify YOUR listings are online 1 To make sure that your website is fully loaded and showing YOUR listings you will need to verify that the listings are showing.. Listings: Select the Listing Manager tab. Listing Manager Main: This is the default tab but make sure you are on this tab C. 16 CLIENTS Manager Tool: Campaigns T o activate your automated drip marketing letters and monthly newsletters the following steps will need to be performed. Select: CLIENTS Manager Tab 1 Find the Campaigns tab and select this to enter into this function. You are going to activate the Welcome New Letters that a prospect gets when they register on your website.. Select: Settings button. Select: On radio button C. Select: Update button C D. 17 2 Still on the Campaigns page you are going to turn on your monthly newsletters. You are going to activate the Monthly Newsletter (12 Letters) these newsletters go out automatically on the 5th of each month.. Select: Settings button. Select: On radio button C. 18 3 Still on the Campaigns page you are going to turn finalize the last process for your newsletters. You are going to activate the Monthly Newsletter (12 Letters) for LL clients.. Select: Recipients button (a new window will open). Select: On radio button C. Select: Update Recipients button to activate for all clients. C Helpful Hint: Now go to your website and explore as if you re the consumer. Then register on your own website and start getting the automated s. 20 CLIENT Manager Tool: The following steps are setup to help you accept your leads and start the branding process and communication with your internet clients. Y our website will alert you via that someone has registered or requested a showing or information about a listing on your website. It is extremely important to accept all leads to your website. The Reports & Summaries area is where ll leads PENDING will be in RED.. To accept the lead you will Select the Top ballot box which will select all leads pending. C. Select: ccept Lead button D. Next Screen Select: ccept Selected Leads button C Helpful Hint: If you had your Instance cceptance for your cell phone setup as shown under the User Tab you can accept these leads while out of the office. 23 SITE UILDER Manager Tool: Main 1 The Site uilder page provides you with the ability to change colors and layouts for your website. This gives you the opportunity to make your website look different then another agent. In the eginners we only go over the Site Design page. C. Site uilder: Change the look and feel of your website.. Site Design: Provides the tools to change the color theme and layout for your entire website. C. Color Theme: Select from 12 different color themes and looks D. Do not forget to select Update Website Theme E. Home Page Layout: Select from eight layouts F. Do not forget to select Update Home Page Layout G. Customize Your Home Page: 6-panel (standard) Layout shown: llows you to edit text in the areas noted Text rea. Or to turn On and Off H. Do not forget to select Submit Home Page Customizations I. 25 SITE UILDER Manager Tool: My Search Map 1 The My Search Map page provides agents with the ability to localize the start search on their website for the consumers. So an agnet and office can Drill down to their individual market area.. Site uilder: Select this utton.. My Search Map: Select this tab. C. Instructions: Please read over the easy to follow instructions. D. Use the Sliding Knob: Pulling up or down will zoom in or out on the map. You can use the little cursor hand and drag the map around to center it for your area. Zoom to the area you WNT your clients to start searching from. E. Reset to Company Map rea: If you make any mistakes and want a quick start over select this button. F. Save My Search Map: Once you have your map centered and at the zoom level you want select this button. G. EXMPLE: This shows an example of drilling down to a market area and saving. Please visit ww.remaxtrainer.com The Ticket System is used as the primary method of getting issues and solutions for your website and your clients listings. C. This is the homepage: Note the hours of operation in the upper right hand corner.. Home: This is the start page. You can select any of the tabs on this level for your needs. However the Home level is the start for placing a ticket into the website support group. C. Knowledge ase: You can view previous Frequently sked Questions and nswers and search as well to questions you might have. D. Placing a Ticket: Choose from the list provided as it pertains to your needs or issues. If you do not find it from the list please use the General Help E. 28 RE/MX Trainer: 2 Creating a service ticket.. Create New Ticket Screen. Provide the following Items: First and Last Name, address that you can be reached at. C. Subject: Provide us with some type of description header to go by. D. Message: Provide as much detail as possible. Numbers, links, bulleted step by step. s much information given will mean faster solutions. E. Priority: The ticket is not determined by this field. However if this is concerning a listing not showing, missing photos etc. this would denote an urgency. Provide your City, State and Office name so we can quickly pull up your website account. F. Notify You: Select this ballot box to notify you when your ticket was handled. This means that the information that you enter in the User section of your website is what displays on the website. It is essential that this information be kept up-to-date. In brief, if a prospective buyer/ customer can t find you, you run the risk of losing that prospective buyer/customer. You need to be sure your contact information is correct! This tab controls all of your Contact information, Password, ddresses, Zip Code Marketing rea, Wireless Instant cceptance, gent MLS ID, gent Photo, and Domain Name's) Management. The Site uilder tab controls all of your website s customization tools. This section contains some of the most powerful tools available in your industry. The Site builder tools allow you the flexibility to edit the default content or to completely customize your website. Move Page Objects from page to page, Change the template of your Featured Properties, dd Slogans and scrolling footers, one of a kind Search Engine Optimization tools and submit to search engines features, powerful website reporting tools and unique return of investment marketing source codes to track the value of your internet marketing locally or nationally. The Listing Manager is the driving force for adding site value. Even though the tools in this section may be perceived as only for dvanced (Power) Users, making an effort to learn these tools means you ll be able to more effectively attract buyers and market your listings. Enhance your listings by adding photos, editing the remarks, or create manual listings or Demo listings as well as maintain a list of Sold Properties that will enhance your profile. This is also where your Featured Property Controls reside.
