3 Create or register an agent profile Step 1: Visit Step 2: Click Register, then select I am an agent
4 Register an agent profile cont. Step 3: Complete the following fields: 1. First name 2. Last name 3. Phone number 4. Verification code via SMS (60-second time limit to resend) 5. Create a password (must be at least six characters long and include one uppercase letter, one lowercase letter and at least one number) 6. Click By registering, I agree to the terms and conditions
5 Claim an agent profile Step 1: OneRoof will use your work phone number to find your agent profile. Select your profile, then verify your address. Step 2: A verification code will be sent to your address. Use this code to verify your address and move to the next step.
6 Create an agent profile Step 1: If you cannot see your profile, create a new agent account. Step 2: To create a new agent account, complete their REA, office region, office franchise, office name, profile photo and work address details.
7 Create an agent profile cont. Step 3: A verification code will be sent to your address. Use this code to verify your address and move to the next step. Step 4: Your admin will be notified of a new agent application. If your admin doesn t have a ORA account, our support will get in touch.
8 Log into your profile Step 1: Use your new username and password to log into your account. Step 2: When you have logged in successfully, you will see a personalised dashboard that looks like this:
9 Update your profile Step 1: On the left-hand navigation next to your job title, click Edit.
10 Update your profile cont. Step 2: You will see a profile dashboard that looks like this. Select the part of your profile that you wish to edit: 1. Name & photo 2. REA & office details 3. Contact details 4. Service areas 5. Languages 6. Years of experience 7. Skills 8. Testimonials 9. Profile summary
11 Change branch association Step 1: On the left-hand navigation next to your job title, click Edit. Step 2: Select REA & office details then fill in your new details, including: your new REA, office region, office franchise, office name, your name and your verification code (which will be sent to the address that is linked to your account). Step 3: Click Save to update Notes: If an agent make changes to their REA or office details, their admin will be notified. If an agent moves to a new company which is not in the system, they will need to contact their admin.
12 Claim a sold listing 2. Step 1: Click Sold Properties. Step 2: Click Add a sold property to claim a property that has been sold. 1.
13 Claim a sold listing cont Step 3: 1. Under Agent type, select Listing agent or Selling agent. 2. Add the address of the property. 3. Add the property s sold price (optional). 4. Add the sold date and listed date. Based on the date your listing went on the market, we will calculate your turnover period. 5. Upload a photo of the sold property. 6. Confirm which agency you sold this property under. 6
14 Claim a sold listing cont. Step 4: Confirm and submit your sold property claim. Your admin will be notified to review your claim. Once your admin has confirmed your claim, this sold property will appear under your OneRoof account.
15 Receive & Respond to an enquiry Select Enquiries to receive and manage enquiries.
16 Receive & Respond to an enquiry cont. When you log in, you can also chat with clients directly through your ORA account.
17 Deleting enquiries & contacts You can also manage and delete your enquiry history by selecting the red trash icon. You will be asked if you are sure you want to delete the selected message. Select Cancel or OK.
18 Listings & Reports View & Manage Property Listings 1. View details about your listings under Listings & Reports. 2. View the performance of your listings. 3. Upgrade your listings to drive more views and engagement.

21 Upgrade a listing Optional permissions In order to upgrade your listings, your admin must give you permission. Once this has happened, you can: 1. Access Upgrade listings under Listings & Reports. 2. Book packages for your listings. 3. Select when you would like your promotion to start.
22 Edit a listing Optional permissions After your admin has given you permission to edit your listings, you can: 1. Edit property information 2. Add a new property
23 Edit a listing Optional permissions Basic information: 1. For sale or for rent 2. Property type 3. Active or withdrawn listing 4. Agency reference 5. Headline 6. Address information 7. Number of rooms 8. Land area information
