4 Getting started Setting up your new project is easy All you need to do is gather up the following information and follow the steps in this guide. You ll find detailed specifications for all the items in the checklist below on the last page. 8 Creating your project

9 Step one Find your project in Agent Admin by clicking on New Homes Projects under Listings.

10 Step two You ll find a list of all your projects on your Project Stocklist page. To start editing your project, click on the spanner icon to go to the Manage Project page.

11 Step three To start entering your project details, click on the Edit project details button.

12 Step four Quick tips Start entering your project details. Click on the? icon for a quick preview of where each item will appear on the project index page. You can preview your project at any time by clicking on the Save and preview link at the bottom of the page. If you don t have all your project info, don t worry: as long as you ve saved your project, you can leave it and come back later to finish it. Your project won t go live until its start date, and then only after you ve attached listings to it.

13 Step five Quick tips Continue entering your project details. Media Gallery The first image in your gallery will be the hero image on your project home page. For Premium Projects, this image should be at least 1440 pixels wide, and have a wide aspect ratio, eg 16:9. For Standard Projects, a standard aspect ratio, eg 4:3, is fine.

14 Step six Finish entering your project details, then click the Save button to save your project and go back to the Manage Project page.

15 Listings

16 Add listings to your project Quick tips You can also bulk upload listings to your project. Just make sure your listing includes your Project ID, and it will automatically be added to your project when it is bulk up loaded. To choose the three listings which will appear by default on your project index page, or to change their order, click on the Order Listings 3 link. If you ve already created your project listings, click on the + Link Listings to project 1 button to add them to your project. If you need to create new listings, click on the + Add new listings to project button. You can add up to 15 listings to your project. 2

17 Listings: Add listing details Listing type (compulsory fields) Select the relevant Sale Type & Property Type Life style type selection: Choose between 1-3 Property address Enter the address of the listing Use unit details for the specific listing to enable multiple units to be uploaded for the Project Property details Enter all relevant details Property Name: Enter the type of property, e.g. Studio, 2 Bedroom Type A Contact your Domain Account Manager to book any products

19 Listings: Adding images To add new images to a listing, select either: Add Photos to upload via the Smart Image Uploader or the Simple Image Uploader to upload images quickly and simply The Java Smart Image Uploader requires the latest version of Java to be installed, and will allow users to preview and upload images via the click & drag method The Simple Image Uploader will allow users to upload images in a similar method to attaching images to s 27 images are able to be uploaded, including floor plans Images will be automatically resized to 800 x 600 pixels For best results, use images in 4:3 ratio Maximum file size 3MB Click Save at the bottom of the screen Contact your Domain Account Manager to book any products

20 Listings: Inspection, Contacts Inspection times Enter inspection times by inserting the date, start time, & finish time Click Add for each separate opening time Inspection times will be displayed below, showing both upcoming and past inspection times Contacts Add the Sales Agent who is marketing the property To select the Agent from the menu options, ensure the contact has already been created in the Agent List section in Agent Admin Click and select the contact name from the drop down menu Click Save at the bottom of the screen The listing will be live in 3-5 minutes

21 Listings: Clone tool EXCLUSIVE TO NEW HOME PROJECTS Clone listings Listings in the same development/project may have similar details, photos, videos etc To make it easier to create multiple listings under one development, listings can be cloned Cloning a listing Once one listing has been created you are able to use the clone tool Click on the stamp icon (shown in green) to create a clone of an existing listing Add Listing screen will be displayed A message at the top of the page will indicate which listing is being cloned Edit the relevant details Save the listing
