1 Step by step guide to entering RiverFest ) Go on to the Angling Trust website and click RiverFest 2016 Once you have gone on to the RiverFest 2016 page this screen as below will appear. Please remember to read all the rules and regulations carefully and the step by step guide before proceeding to the online entry area by clicking on the enter link to enter RiverFest ) This link Log in area for Members to RiverFest 2016 will take you through to the Members area screen. It will prompt you to sign in Existing Individual Membership of Angling Trust If you already have valid individual member of Angling Trust then you will already have your unique log in details for this area which would have been sent to you when you took out your individual membership of Angling Trust. You will need these available to enter your log in details in the Existing user? Sign in boxes provided on the right hand side of the screen in the Members area.
2 If you can t log in with your user ID and password Please make sure you are inputting the correct user ID/ and password. Your password needs to be checked carefully for the letters and numbers as they can easily be mistaken. Please ensure it is your Angling Trust user ID and password and NOT ONE that you have made up as it will not be accepted. You have forgotten your unique log in details and are already an existing individual member of Angling Trust If you can t remember your log in details and are already an individual member of AT please click on the forgotten user ID/password link below the log in boxes on the Members area page and these details will be sent to your inbox. You still have not received an with your log in details Please check your spam/junk filters and your trash as the may have gone directly to these. If you still have not received it please ring Angling Trust on (option 1) to ask for the to be sent again. You have changed your address from last year You will need to contact Angling Trust on (option 1) and ask for this to be updated on the Membership data and request for an to be sent out to you for your new log in details. If already a member of Angling Trust Once you have entered your log in details in the Members area it will take you through to this page. Click on the link Go to the entry area
3 If you have not got individual membership of Angling Trust If you have not taken out individual membership of the Angling Trust then you click next to the Angling Trust logo where it states RiverFest You must sign in to access the area. Type your address in the New User box as provided and click go as screen shot example as below.
4 Once you have typed your address into the New User box then another screen will appear (example as below) and prompt you to click the link to Become a Member This will prompt you at each stage for instructions how to become an individual member of Angling Trust. You are now about to take out membership of Angling Trust and will ask you for your payment details.
5 Once you have taken out membership you will automatically be sent your log in details to enter via the Members area of the Angling Trust (as example as below)
6 You must now complete all your contact numbers before being allowed to proceed. Please note: If you have not included the correct priority telephone number then the Angling Trust might not be able to contact you if a reserve ticket becomes available, so it will prompt you to go back and add a contact number. Important: Read all the downloadable documents before proceeding further. Please note: It is your responsibility to read the documents available on the website before you proceed with your selections, as the Angling Trust cannot take responsibility if conditions are not adhered to. Now click Select to select your qualifier/s.
7 Remember to select as many venues as you like but if you remove any at this stage you cannot go back and add more at a later stage. (It is your responsibility to read all the rules and regulations). If you press the same venue this message will appear to say you have already selected this venue click only where it states go back
8 If you want to remove a selection click on the (Selected remove me button next to the venue Now your venue has been removed.
9 Once you have selected all your venues and read all the terms and conditions of sale click I Understand and agree to the rules confirm payment details It states at this stage During and after the process do not click the back button, as this may cancel your entries even when you receive a confirmation . The Angling Trust is not responsible for any problems caused in this event. Then click OK
10 It will now ask you for payment details to secure your entries into RiverFest Once your payment has been registered on Sage Pay then you will receive a confirmation message showing on the screen (as example as below) and also an into your inbox.
11 Problems entering your payment details Please double check your card details. If an error message in red appears on the payment page then it is a problem with your bank so please check your card details very carefully. RiverFest application completed A message (as example below) will be sent to your inbox to confirm you have applied for RiverFest. RiverFest application completed (this is an automated - do not reply) Sandra - you have now applied for RiverFest. Transaction ID: You are able to withdraw from a qualifier by logging in again - but only until the draw is made. Please go to the User Area to do this. If you have not received your successful transaction This may take time to come through due to the very high demand of people going online to enter, but please keep checking your inbox in your s.
