1 Salesforce CRM -> Studio Workflow MindFire Studio Integration using Zapier Note: Salesforce app is available for premium users in Zapier. It costs 15$/month.
2 Make a new Zap. 1) Trigger - This allows User to trigger contacts created in Salesforce to Studio Step 1: Select Salesforce CRM (available for premium users) Step 2: Choose the trigger option The User can trigger contacts when a new lead (or new contact) is added to Salesforce and can also filter based on modules.
3 Step 3: Connect to your Salesforce account by providing your credentials.
4 Step 4: Test this setup Make sure you have a new contact added in Salesforce account When you view your contact, latest contact will show up like below
5 2) Action: To create triggered contact in MindFire Studio, user requires Ticket. This custom request has set up to generate ticket. Step 5: Select Webhooks app Step 6: Select Custom Request
6 Step 7: Set up Custom Request API URL to generate UserTicket: Data: { " Enter your id", "PartnerGuid : Enter your Partner Guid", "PartnerPassword":"Enter your Partner Password", "Password":"Enter your Password", "SelectedAccountID":YourAccountID } Note: PartnerGuid, PartnerPassword, AccountId will be given by MindFire Support upon request.

9 "Key":"lastname", "Value":" select lastname from trigger->step1" }, { "Key":" ", "Value":" select from trigger->step1" }] } Note: Key corresponds to fields in Studio and this can be extended considering trigger fields. In order get your Ticket, contact MindFire support.
10 Step 10: Test this set up to make sure you got response for sample request
11 New contact is added to Studio
12 4) Add a filter If the contact already exists in Studio, Action 3 fails with error->contact Already Exists. In this case we need to update the triggered contact. So we need to filter here before moving to next Action.

14 5) Action - Set up custom request to update contact Follow steps 9 11 Consider the below API URL to update contact in Studio: Note: Salesforce -> Studio Dedupe criteria in Studio For ex: In studio, if is the dedupe criteria and user to trying to add two contacts with the same id, create contact custom request fails. So in this workflow update custom request is added to handle this scenario. To make sure contact created or updated successfully, webhooks can be added to update a contact with response message. The same steps can be followed for other integration such as Zoho ->Studio SharpSpring->Studio Google Sheets->Studio etc.

18 Leave all other fields blank Step 5(optional): Provide the fields to post to Salesforce The number of fields varies based on the requirement. In this workflow we considered four fields firstname, lastname, and company. Step 6: Test the set up
19 Make sure you triggered the hook by visiting the microsite (considering this work flow) 2) Action Step 7: Select Salesforce CRM
20 Step 8: Select create contact The User can trigger contacts to Salesforce, when a new lead (or new contact) is added to Studio.
21 Step 9: Connect to your Salesforce account by providing credentials.
22 Step 10: Map the Salesforce fields->triggered studio fields

25 Step 12: Check in Salesforce for recent contact added The same steps can be followed for other integration such as Studio ->Zoho Studio ->SharpSpring Studio ->Google Sheets etc.
