Go to 2. In the Job Room, click on the Register button at the top right. This takes you to the information page for registration. To start the registration procedure, click on Start registration now. Then you will be taken to the eiam login screen, where you register for your Job Room profile.

2 3. Please note: In the next screen you do not yet have to enter a user ID and password, first you just register a user. 4. Click on Register user to start the registration procedure. 5. Follow the steps indicated. a. Type the displayed CAPTCHA into the CAPTCHA text box. b. Enter the address you want to use as your user name and for future correspondence. Confirm it with Next. c. Enter the code we sent to the address you provided and confirm it with Next. d. Enter the mobile phone number you wish to use to receive the validation code and click on Next. 2/10

3 e. Enter the validation code you received by SMS and click on Next. f. Enter your first name and surname. Read the terms of use which are provided for the use of the eiam application, and accept them by ticking the appropriate box. Then click on Next. g. Specify a password for the user account, one which meets the listed criteria, and retype it to confirm it. Then click on Next. 3/10

4 6. You have now set up your personal login. The following screen appears. Click on Next. 7. IMPORTANT: The message which is now shown, Access not possible, means that your user account has not yet been fully activated for the Job Room. To activate the account for the Job Room, click on Request access. 4/10

5 8. Fill in the fields Surname, First name and again tick the box next to I accept the terms of use. Click on Next. 9. Your user account has now been successfully activated for the Job Room. Click on Back to application. 10. You will now be automatically redirected to the Job Room. IMPORTANT: Click on the button "Logout now. 5/10

6 11. You will see a Login button at the top right on the Job Room page. Please click on this Login button. 12. Enter your address and the specified password and click on Submit. 13. You will receive a validation code on your mobile phone. Enter this in the field provided, and click on Next. 6/10

7 14. Now the window is shown in the Job Room, as in the illustration. Select I would like to use work.swiss as a private employment agency, and I am registering for the first time on work.swiss and the Job Room. The terms of use which you accept here apply to the Job Room application. After you have read the terms of use, accept them by selecting the checkbox I accept the terms of use, and then click on Next. 15. In the search box, select your employment agency. 7/10

8 16. Check whether you have selected your company correctly, by verifying the address, and then click on Request activation code by post. 17. When you click the button Request activation code by post, the text changes to You have successfully applied for an activation code and the background changes to green. 18. You will now receive a letter by post to the selected address, which you selected from the VZ AVG register. Now you can close all the windows and when you receive the letter you can continue with the registration procedure. 19. After receiving the letter, go back to the Job Room and click on the Login field. 8/10

9 20. Enter your address and the specified password and click on Submit. 21. Enter the code you received by SMS in the field provided, and click on Next. 9/10

10 22. Enter the activation code that you received by letter and click on Next. 23. Congratulations, you have now logged on to the Job Room and you will see your personal cockpit, from where you can now use all the available functions. 10/10
