1 Mukwonago Area School District Alio Employee Service Portal (ESP) Instructions for creating a new account using single-sign on (SSO). Effective June 17, 2014 Click this link to create an account: You MUST enter 6 digits. Include leading zeroes if necessary! o First name is the formal name entered into Alio payroll (i.e., Thomas, James, Robert, etc.) (sample) Single Sign-On (SSO) You must enter your network login, password and masd address! 1. Enter Personal Information Notes: Employee No MUST equal 6 digits enter leading zeroes if necessary! Personal Information must match what is in alio. If it doesn t, the account will not be created (if your first name is Thomas and you enter Tom, the account will not be created!) 2. Enter all Profile Information (single sign-on compatible!) a. Enter your school-issued network login username b. Enter your school-issued network login password c. Enter password again

2 d. Enter your school-issued address - This is the that forgotten user names and passwords will be sent to e. Enter the three personal questions with answers i. Ex: What street did you grow up on? ii. If you do not enter the three security questions and answers you will not be able to recover a forgotten password f. Click Submit 3. IMPORTANT! Do not try to login after clicking submit -- you must wait until you receive an activation . Upon receipt, click on the link in the and follow the instructions to complete your account setup and login. Home page in the Employee Service Portal The My Business Card information shows as the default this is your work information. Click on My Personal Card to see your Employee Information as it is in alio If information on your Personal Card is incorrect, or to add Emergency information, click on Request Changes Here you will see a list of all previously made demographic change requests and their statuses.

3 To make new request: 1. Click on New Request in upper right hand corner. 2. Select a Request Type from the drop down Demographic Requests: 1. Enter changes. 2. If needed, in the comments box, enter an explanation of changes 3. Click the submit button. 4. You will receive an when the change request has been approved and made.

4 Emergency Contact Change Requests: 1. If you do not see any emergency contacts listed, this means you have no emergency contacts entered in alio 2. Click the + Add button to add an Emergency Contact 3. Click on the Emergency Contact s name to change information about the contact 4. Enter your emergency contact information a. Required fields: Name and Relationship are required fields 5. The comments box will update into Alio. Use this to enter any special directions or information that goes along with this emergency contact. 6. Click the submit button. 7. You will receive an when the change request has been approved and made. 8. To remove an emergency contact click the Red X 9. If needed in the comments box enter explanation of why removing the emergency contact 10. Click the submit button 11. You will receive an when the change request has been approved and made.

5 To change Account Information Click on Account Upper right under name Expand Application Settings Make sure the entered is correct. This is your school-issued address and the one that forgotten User names and passwords will be sent to. Personal Directory Settings: If you want your personal information to show in the Employee Directory check these boxes. If you do not want your personal Information to show uncheck these boxes. Click Save

6 Expand Security Questions: Enter three questions and type in the answers o Ex: What street did you grow up on? o If you do not enter the three security questions and answers you will not be able to recover a forgotten password Click Save View Pay Stubs:

7 1. Click on Payroll link on the left 2. The Green Days on the Calendar are pay days. Click on the day to see the check stub from that day.
