2 Wednesday, June 12, Lodges Now Late Submitting Lodge Operation Survey Attached Form Must Be Completed and Submitted Immediately Each year, every lodge is required to complete an Annual Lodge Operations Survey. This survey is due on June 1st of every year. It takes a little time, but it is information that is necessary and required to help our Lodge Operations Analysts to make better analysis of each lodge s operation. During their visits to your lodge, this form will speed up their visit and reduce both their time and your time. This form requires Microsoft Excel to Complete, which every lodge should already have installed on their computer. Each form must be sent to me by ONLY and using only the.xls FORMAT. *NO PAPER COPIES SENT THROUGH THE MAIL *NO FAXED COPIES *NO CUT AND PASTED COPIES *NO PDF COPIES Microsoft Excel (,xls format) forms will be the only ones accepted. Now there is a tool that you can use to make the task of contacting and renewing your expired members easier and more efficient. Lodges/Chapters will soon be receiving an Expired Member Kit via . This kit will be sent on approximately the 15 th of each month and will include a listing of their expired members for the previous month. You will also receive samples of scripts to be used to contact your expired members; totals for both Lodge/Chapter dues and Moose Legion dues (when applicable); home and cell phone information, when available; and all of the payment options that the expired member can use to renew. For those members that do not have a telephone number available, we ask that you contact them via or mail. We are also providing the sponsor s name and current status as they may be able to assist you with contacting the expired members. Lodges/Chapters currently can generate a listing of their expired members, using their LCL.net computer program. If you do this already and have a program in place, you do not need to change your process. This is simply a tool that was created to assist those that do not currently have a program in place to contact your expired members.
