3 Manual for handling feedbacks on OMMAS Feedback Module Feedback details Feedbacks entered from citizen are viewed in this section. Once these are submitted by the citizens, option to accept or reject the feedback is available under the MORD login. To display the feedback list, click on General menu Feedback Details as shown in below figure 1. Figure 1 On click of Feedback Details menu, Feedback List page will be displayed as shown in following figure 2. User can search the feedback details based on Month, Year, State, Category, Acceptance and Status. Figure 2 The column Feedback Through will identify the mode through which the feedback is submitted. Mobile represents, the feedback is submitted by Meri Sadak app. The complete flow of how to view, acceptance status and reply details and other supporting information details are as follows. On click of view, user can get all the details related to feedback as shown in the following fig 3. All the information such as Type of feedback, Feedback name, contact details of user submitting the feedback, feedback against, category of feedback, feedback for comments for feedback etc. can be viewed at a glance. 1

4 Figure 3 Feedback Files To view the photographs uploaded with the feedback, click on Feedback Files tab. The location of the photo captured is displayed in google map, only if the photo is captured and uploaded using the mobile app Meri Sadak as shown in Figure 4. Figure 4 2

5 Feedback Acceptance For accepting feedback click on Acceptance tab. MoRD User can Accept or Reject the Feedback as shown in following screen Figure 5. Figure 5 1. User can select the State and District related to location of the road. 2. By default, Radio button No will be selected for feedback. 3. The feedback can be accepted only if the State is selected. 4. Reply to the feedback can be done only after successful acceptance of the feedback. Based on the state selection during the feedback acceptance, the feedback is forwarded to the respective State SQC for verification and providing the reply. After successful acceptance of feedback following screen appears and there is provision for canceling acceptance upto any reply is made. Figure 6 After Acceptance, Status is updated as Accepted, shown in following figure 7 Figure 7 For feedback reply click on Reply Status tab, following figure 9 will be displayed. User cannot give replies until the feedback is Accepted. Feedback Reply SQC on login can select view the feedbacks by selecting the Feedback menu available under General as shown below 3 Figure 8

6 When feedback is accepted then following figure 9 is displayed on Reply Status tab click. Figure 9 User (SQC) can add Reply by clicking Add button, following fig. is displayed on Add button click. Reply: Enter reply description Click on Submit button, to submit the feedback reply Figure 11 Once the Final Reply is given then the feedback is closed and user cannot reply further, user can only view reply status. If user clicks on Add button then message displays as feedback is closed. See below figure 12. Figure 12 4
