1 User Manual for GSA 18 Mobile App V1.1

2 Introduction Gram Swaraj Abhiyan is an android/ ios based application which is specially made to monitor the events organized for the rural areas. It will allow the user to login with which they can upload images and write testimonials for the events which will be conducted. The images will be verified by one authorized person who would be assigned for the particular area. The app works only in online mode. Home Screen Once the user opens the app, he is displayed a screen with following options Citizen Login Officer s Login Choose Language 2

3 This app is GPS based, so the user needs to turn on the GPS as soon as the app starts. Choose Language The user has the provision to Choose Language with this option. He can choose either English or Hindi as the language. 3

4 Citizen Login Here the user is displayed the following screen The screen includes the following options where they need to 1. Select State - Select the State from the dropdown. 2. Select District - Select the District from the dropdown. 3. Select Block - Select the Block from the dropdown. 4. Select Panchayat - Select Gram Panchayat from the dropdown. 5. Select Scheme/ Event - Select the Scheme/ Event from the dropdown. 4

5 Once the fields are selected, the user is displayed the corresponding screen w.r.t scheme. 5

6 1. Capture Image for the event/ activity Here the user can capture and upload image (maximum of 3) regarding an event/ activity. The image can either be chosen from the gallery or captured using camera (The geotagged image will be captured). Also, the image uploaded by citizen will be moderated by district/ block level officer. The user also has the provision to write remarks. 2. Write Testimonial/ Feedback for the event/ activity The user may write the testimonial/ feedback for the event/ activity in this field. 6

7 Once the user clicks on Upload, he will displayed the following screen where he needs to enter Name, Mobile Number and Id, after which an OTP will be sent to his mobile. 7

8 Once the user receives the OTP, he can enter the same as display in the screen below and the image will be uploaded successfully. 8

9 Officer s Login The user Id and Password required for login to the mobile app will be same as the one used to access the web portal. If the user is not registered, he may sign up from the web portal. Here the user is displayed the following screen Once the officer logins, he will be displayed the following screen 9

10 The screen includes the following options where they need to 1. Select State - Select the State from the dropdown. 2. Select District - Select the District from the dropdown. 3. Select Block - Select the Block from the dropdown. 4. Select Panchayat - Select Gram Panchayat from the dropdown. 5. Select Scheme or Event - Select the Scheme/ Event from the dropdown. Here the fields 1 and 2 and/ or 3 and/or 4 (State, District and Block name in this case) of the user will be autopopulated as per the user role level. Once all the fields are selected, the user needs to upload Photo/ Testimonial. The screen for the Upload photo/ Testimonial is as displayed below. 10

11 Here the user can capture and upload image (maximum of 3) regarding the event/ activity. The image can either be chosen from the gallery or capture using camera (The geotagged image will be captured). The user also has the provision to write remarks. The image uploaded by district/ block level officer need not required to be moderated. Once the user clicks on Upload, it will be submitted successfully. 11
