Post Office Box 880 Winter Park, Florida Subject: ERP Application No Application ID No Palmer Resources, LLC - Mid Florida Mine Dear Mr. Cheek: I am writing in response to your letter dated October 1, 2014 concerning Palmer Resources, LLC's above-referenced Environmental Resource Permit ("ERP") application for the Mid Florida Mine ("Application"). Your letter has been reviewed by District staff and will be placed in the Application's file of record. Your letter requests the District's "final environmental evaluation report" for this Application. However, no such document exists as the District does not prepare such a report. Your letter also requests a meeting to discuss your client's concerns, and states that you will contact the District to arrange a meeting. We welcome the opportunity to discuss your concerns.
