1 FIRST Mobile Traveller - MyAccount MyAccount is the online web interface for FIRST Mobile Traveller. It allows you to create and edit your travels comfortably by using your PC or notebook. Plan your next Trip or extend itineraries by adding ground transportation, carsharing or meetings. You can also add detailed information to existing elements, like contact information, check-in/out times or directions. The following elements of your trip can be added by using My Account: Flights Rail connections Hotels Rental Cars Restaurants Transfers Taxi, Tram, Subway, Commuter Train, Bus, Walk, Carsharing, Private car, Limousine, Ferry Meetings Automatic synchronization with FIRST Mobile Traveller MyAccount is synchronized with the App automatically. All changes and added elements are available in the FIRST Mobile Traveller immediately. Login into MyAccount MyAccount can be found here: Use your app credentials to login. If you do not have a FIRST Mobile Traveller account yet, please download the app from the Appstore and register as a user. FIRST Mobile Traveller MyAccount 1

2 Create and edit trips Create new trips Select My trips (1) and click +Create new trip (2). If you support other travelers, please choose if you want to create a new trip for your account or a supported one. Edit existing trips Select My trips (1) and choose the itinerary you would like to edit. Adding trips with a booking code If available, type your Amadeus/Galileo booking code into the booking code input field (3). MyAccount will add the corresponding itinerary automatically to your trip FIRST Mobile Traveller MyAccount 2

3 Adding trip elements If you do not have a booking code or like to add additional information to an existing trip, select () and choose the respective element: Automatic Search Flight- and train connections can be searched by entering your flight number or the point of your departure and arrival. You can also search for hotels and rental car companies. Details like address, contact information or opening hours are entered automatically. To search for restaurants nearby a travel location, add a restaurant and you will get up to 10 Restaurant recommendations shown on a map. Adding elements manually In order to enter all details of a trip element by yourself, click element and then select Manual entry tab (5). () to add a new 5 FIRST Mobile Traveller MyAccount 3

4 7 6 8 Edit or delete trip elements To edit existing trip elements, click the edit icon (6). Click the delete icon (7) in order to delete an element from your itinerary. Delete a trip Use the button delete trip (8) to delete a whole trip including all trip elements. Assistance for trips You are able to edit trips for other travellers if: 1. Other travelers requested your assistance or 2. You offered assistance to other travelers and they accepted your offer Send support requests/offers in the section Assistance for my trips on the start screen. Please note that the assisted person needs to be registered for the FIRST Mobile Traveller Give assistance In order to offer assistance to somebody, enter the address of the person you want to assist in the field Offer a person support (9) and click Invite. As soon as the traveller accepts your offer, you are able to view and edit his itineraries or create new trips. Request assistance To get assistance for your trips, enter the address of the person, who should assist you, in the field Ask a person for support (10) and click Invite. FIRST Mobile Traveller MyAccount

5 Accept or decline request Support request and offers are also answered in the Assistance for my trips section. As soon as you get a notification for assistance, you can accept or decline it. Revoke a permission for assistance Permissions for assistance can be revoked anytime by clicking Remove (11) in the Assistance for my trips section. Notifications You can adapt the volume and frequency of notifications in the app and via to your needs in the Profile Settings. Click edit in order to activate or deactivate notifications. If you are assisting other travelers, you can also specify if you will receive notifications for their trips (12). 11 Any further questions?
