1 isalespro isalespro is a mobile version of hotel SalesPro Enterprise, enabling the on-the-go salesperson to access their information via a mobile device. isalespro is designed to work with any mobile device that has an HTML browser. hotel SystemsPro will announce updates to isalespro via the newsletter and announcements on the client websites. Please feel free to send feedback or suggestions regarding isalespro to tech@hotelsalespro.com. Logging In Open an internet browser window and enter: The Company, Site, User and Password information for isalespro is the same information entered into the hotel SalesPro Enterprise login screen. The Option is determined by the server on which the property s data is located. Please contact Technical Support if assistance is needed in determining the Option that should be used.

2 Calendar After logging in, the user will see Account Traces listed for the current date. Use the orange arrows to scroll backwards to see previous dates or forward to see future dates. To view Account Trace information, touch or click the box to open. The Calendar can also be accessed from the Home Page by clicking on the calendar icon Home screen. from the From the Account Trace screen, users can view\edit information that will be saved back to their hotel SalesPro Enterprise system. Click Save to exit the screen and save any additions or changes that were made. Click Cancel to go back to the previous screen without saving changes.

3 Accounts To search for an Account, enter the name of the Account or the first few letters. All results will appear on the Find screen when the Find icon is touched or clicked. Touch or click the Account to open it. Account information will be available on the screen, and a list of the contacts for the Account will be shown. Click the Traces button to show a list of Account Traces for the Account. Contacts and Account Traces can be opened and viewed or edited. Click on the hyperlinks to call the contact, the contact or access the website listed. CONTACT LIST ACCOUNT TRACE LIST

4 Contacts and Account Traces can be added from the Account information screen by selecting the add icon. The information entered will be saved to hotel SalesPro Enterprise. Account Trace or Contact information can be viewed or edited. Click on Call, Send or View to call the contact, the contact or access the website listed. Click Save to go back to the previous screen and save changes. Click Cancel to go back to the previous screen without saving changes.

5 Contacts Clicking the Contacts icon allows a user to search, view, edit and add Contact information. Click the Contact icon from the Account Find screen. To search for a Contact, enter the name of the contact or the first few letters. All results will be displayed on the Find screen when the Find icon is touched or clicked. Touch or click to open the Contact. Touch or click the Contact to open the Contact screen. Contact information can be viewed or edited. Click on Call, Send or View to call the contact, the contact or access the website listed. Click Save to go back to the previous screen and save changes. Click Cancel to go back to the previous screen without saving changes.

6 Groups Clicking on the Groups icon allows a user to see the group blocks in the hotel for that day. Use the orange arrows to scroll backwards to see previous dates or forward to see future dates. To view Group information, touch or click the box to open. The group block information can be viewed for that day. Group information can only be viewed and cannot be edited.

7 Meeting Space Clicking on the Meeting Space icon allows a user to see the Function Rooms blocked in the hotel for that day. Use the orange arrows to scroll backwards to see previous dates or forward to see future dates. To view Function information, touch or click the box to open. The Function information can be viewed for that day. Function information can only be viewed and cannot be edited.

8 Home Click the Home icon to go to the Home screen. From the Home screen a user can access Accounts (Accounts, Contacts and Account Traces), the Calendar (Account Traces), Meeting Space and Group information by selecting the appropriate icon.
