1 Online First Year (College Side Exam) Application College Inward-User Manual Log on to unipune.ac.in. Click on Examination Section.

2 1. College Section will be displayed. User click on College Login. 2. College Login will be displayed. User click on College Inward-Exam Form.

3 3. User click on Click here. 4. Exam Form Online: College Login will be displayed User fills Sign in details and click login.

4 5. Exam form inward process will be displayed. 6. User can be inward application using following steps 1) Click on Inward option. 2) First Select Exam Type CollegeSide First Year Exam (Only Art/Science/Commerce) for Inward College Side First Year Exam of Art/Science/Commerce. 3) Select Any One Inward Type Option From Following three options i One By One ii One By One (Enter Last 5 Digits of AppId) iii By List 4) Select Faculty and Course Then Click on Show button.

5 5) If One By One Inward Type selected by the User then he/she has to enter whole application id/number in the text box and click on Proceed To Approve button.

6 6) If One By One (Enter Last 5 Digits of AppId) Inward Type Selected by User then he/she has to enter last 5 digits of Application id/number in the text box and click on Proceed To Approve button.

7 7) If By List Inward Type Selected by User then he/she has to click on Proceed To Approve for Application id/number displayed in the grid/table. 8) Then the Student Details, Fees Details and Subject Details will be displayed and User can be able to Approve the Application. Approve button provided above Student details and after the subject details (bottom of the screen). Any Approve button can be used by the User, functionality is same. Click on Approve button.

8 OR 9) Application Approved Successfully...! Message displayed.

9 10) Click on Create Transaction Option. 11) Please first select exam type as CollegeSide First Year Exam (Only Art/Science/Commerce) then select the faculty, course and click show button. 12) The list of all inward applications but transaction not generated against those applications are displayed in grid/table format. Click on Generate Transaction button

10 then Transaction Generated Successfully...! message displayed. 13) Next step is click on Create Challan option.

11 14) Please first select exam type as CollegeSide First Year Exam (Only Art/Science/Commerce) then select the faculty. 15) Pending list of Transactions against selected Faculty for the college will be displayed in grid/table.user select the transactions against whiche he/she want to generate the challan then click on Generate Challan button.

12 16) User has to fill the bank details. i Bank Account Name Enter as per bank account name. ii Bank Account Number Enter bank account number. iii Bank Name Enter bank name. iv IFSC Code Enter bank IFSC code.
