Starting at the Bunker Hill Community College home page, click on the link labeled mybhcc. Step 2.

1 Obtaining your Bunker Hill Community College Network / Web Advisor Username and Password If you have never logged on to Web Advisor, then the first thing you will want to do is obtain your username/user ID. Step 1. Starting at the Bunker Hill Community College home page, click on the link labeled mybhcc. Step 2. You should now be on a page with color coded links to the right. In the first field, type your full last name.

2 Step3. You should now be in the Students Menu. This menu is divided into clusters of links. Click on the link that is labeled What s my User ID?. This is the very first link in the upper left-hand side of the menu, and it is located within the cluster labeled User Account. Step 4. You should now see three fields. In the first field, type your full last name. Then you can choose to either type your full Social Security Number in the second field or your full Student ID number in the third field. To create your password click on the link labeled What s my password.

3 Step 5. Your username/user ID should now be displayed. Make note of it (write it down somewhere). Click the OK button. You will then be brought back to the Students Menu. Now that you have your user I.D. you will need to create a password. Step 6. To create your password click on the link labeled What s my password. 4 Step 7. You should now see three links. Click on the link labeled I don t remember, reset my password. Step 8. This part should look familiar. You should now see the same three fields that you saw in step four. In the first field, type your full last name. You can then choose to either type your full Social Security Number in the second field or your full Student ID number in the third field. You do not need to type both. Step 9. You should now see a dropdown menu. Click on the small blue arrow that is connected to the dropdown menu. An email address should now be visible. Click on the email address.

You should now see a reset password confirmation screen. After you read the message click on the link labeled Log in. Step 11. You should now see two fields. In the first field type your user I.D.

Do not be concerned that you are not able to access your yet. By the time you finish this process you will be able to access it. Click on the SUBMIT button. Step 10. You should now see a reset password confirmation screen. After you read the message click on the link labeled Log in. Step 11. You should now see two fields. In the first field type your user I.D. In the second field type the last six digits of your social security number if you have one. If you do not have one, then type the last six digits of your student I.D. number. In the third field you will create a new password. It needs to possess both letters and numbers. Your total combination of letters and numbers has to be between six and nine digits.

6 Step 12. You should now see a page with five fields. In the first field, type your User ID. In the second field, type the same last six digits of either your social security number - or your Student ID number (that you typed for a password in the previous step). In the third field you will create a new password. It needs to possess both letters and numbers. Your total combination of letters and numbers has to be between six and nine digits. In the fourth field, retype your new password. The fifth field is optional. If you choose to use it, type a small note to yourself that will remind you of what your password is. The hint cannot match the password itself. Click the SUBMIT button. Step 13. Congratulations! You are now logged into Web Advisor. Remember that this site is not the same site that you will log into for your web courses, but both accounts will require the same username/user ID and password.
